We stopped by on May 19.2015 - me, my disabled child and my daughter. Tour operator-Anekstur!!!! ! This is important in my review - remember this tour operator and never contact him!!! ! Believe!!! ! We were waiting for check-in for 2 hours after a tiring trip, although we arrived at the hotel at 16:00. In the foyer of the corps, the manager of this corps lay on the couch - as he lay, he lay, seeing how the children were tormented from the road. Finally, they put us in a room that was not cleaned, without a refrigerator, without a telephone. Curtains hung in front of us. I didn’t touch them anymore after they fell on my head along with the curtain. The service staff is rude, laughing, they say, you fools will have a rest! We went with the children to the sea - oh God, there is simply no entry into the sea - there are stone blocks. Adults are afraid to come in and talk about children. The next day I wrote a complaint to the hotel guide with a request to move me and my children to another hotel. There was a guide Stanislav - all four days of our subsequent stay in this hotel, he pretended to be working on complaints, of which there was a whole pile with mine. So Anekstur did not relocate us anywhere, although I have a six-year-old disabled son and an eight-year-old daughter. During this time, other tour operators moved their tourists to other hotels, but not Anekstur. Corel travel took its tourists five buses from this hotel. But Anekstur spits on his customers!!! ! You can write a lot - there was no water on the beach, food - soy, service - humiliation of tourists, rooms are not cleaned, she took out the garbage herself, linen does not change. People! ! Don't mess with Anekstur - he doesn't care about his tourists!!! !
