We rested from 17 to 1 July, the impressions are mixed.
1) The hotel room stock leaves much to be desired. Out of 15 days, our air conditioner did not work at all for 6 days, the rest of the days were intermittent (see photo below). In this hotel, we went through everything from a non-working air con, to a toilet spurting against the wall, a broken faucet on the sink and a shower hitting the ceiling! Therefore, the mood was excellent, they joked and laughed, they came to an unambiguous conclusion: everything is garbage, the main thing is that the TV does not catch fire!
2) the sea is nearby, the underpass is clean, BUT... the beach itself is very dirty, everything that you left there yesterday will definitely be found tomorrow. There are big stones in the sea, they are everywhere, it’s not very pleasant to swim... they definitely need to work on the beach and the sea... The pier is old, where everyone dives, huge plates stick out... I don’t know at all... we didn’t risk it. .

3) the dining room (sorry the restaurant! ) is very dirty, as I understand it, the floors are not washed there at all... Food is like everywhere else in 3 ***, what you didn’t eat at lunch, you get salads for dinner . . The chef is incredible greedy!!!! ! puts on plates with shaking hands, in the eyes of despair !! ! and a dumb question: where do you get so many??!!
4) a bar... a separate song... While there was an Uzbek bartender, there was something else... then they brought 2 young Kyrgyz, generally ah... There has been no beer since lunch (they can’t connect a keg) , no vodka, well, that's okay... but Pepsi hitting the ceiling is power !! ! The bar closes at 22.30, get ready: already from 22.00 there are NO GLASSES in the bar!!!! ! so either you collect dirty dishes around the hotel yourself, or dry yourself, or other options, for example, we "saved" during the day (and what to do !!! ) In the evening, a bar is opened on the beach....BUT... if you are ready to leave your money sitting at dirty tables with the remnants of Turkish cakes sprinkled with multi-colored Yuppies, then you go there . . if not, then to the neighboring bar of the Verolla hotel . .
5) there are constant problems with the staff in the hotel. . . For example, you can come in the morning for a late breakfast and find that all the tables are littered with dirty dishes and there is nowhere to sit. . The chef announced to us: the workers have a day off!! ! The director himself in a starched striped shirt collected the dishes, but due to lack of experience, very slowly and sadly! As it turned out later, the Tajiks simply did not come out in full force and that's it! draw conclusions . . A similar situation happened with the animation team, one fine Turkish morning, Kyrgyz girls working with children, unable to withstand the rudeness of the management, rudeness and inhuman living conditions There are mattresses on the floor and EVERYTHING !!!! on this the amenities ended, even the shower and toilet were shared) quit and went to look for a better fate in Turkey.
In general, I believe that the hotel has every chance of being one of the best, BUT the greedy management, which absolutely does not value its guests, interferes, they themselves say directly in the face: You don’t come, others will come! so like this, draw your own conclusions . . there are also pluses, for example, the sea is close, a small area, a lot of greenery, a fairly clean pool with a slide, but while being there there is a treacherous feeling . . that everything is not right and wrong . . everything - still gnaws, have a good rest everyone!
