Tour from the JoinUp company, the airline - SkyUp. The flight from Kharkiv took place on schedule, the flight back was delayed by more than 1 hour, but it was known the day before. We were brought to the hotel at about 2:00 pm. We waited a long time for the luggage to be treated with an antiseptic, filled out a questionnaire related to quarantine and health. The hotel is multinational, besides us Ukrainians, there were Belarusians, Russians, Moldavians, Bosnians and many Englishmen. The staff communicates in English, especially at the reception and at the distribution of food, bartenders speak Russian. Animators are Russian-speaking girls.

1. Number received 2035, this is an economy class on the -2 floor (the hotel cascades on a slope) overlooking the pools and the sea. The room is fully consistent with the photo on the Internet, has an irregular shape, so there is no direct view from the windows to your bed (opposite are the rooms of the neighboring building).

Our room had one double bed (there are economy rooms for 3 people - 1 large and 1 single bed) with a good mattress, 4 pillows. The entire room is snow-white, the decor is repeated in different places, the bedspread, chair, armchair and curtains are burgundy. Blackout curtains are great for blocking sunlight. The soundproofing in the room is not bad, but the clatter of the neighbors from above and the voices from the corridor could still be heard (.

The room has a spacious wardrobe, a good stand for 2 suitcases (usually only 1 fits), a white flat-screen TV inscribed in a mirror, a workplace and a coffee table with an armchair. The mini-bar did not cool very well, but it cooled a bottle of champagne enough during the night. I really liked the lighting of the room, as well as the ability to control the light from different points in the room (general switches). Every day, 0.5 l of water was provided per person.
The bathroom is excellent, spacious, with good lighting, an additional cosmetic mirror, a spacious shower box and a ceiling shower. From mini-cosmetics there is a shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The hair dryer works well, the bathroom even has different sockets for electric shavers. The balcony has a table, 2 chairs and a clothes dryer. Rating for number 8 out of 10.

2. Cleanliness and cleaning. Upon check-in, hair was found on the bed and in the chest of drawers. The bed (sheet) was changed 1 time the next day after checking in, as I accidentally dropped a piece of chocolate, a torn sheet was laid. The pillowcases have never been changed. Willy-nilly, small pebbles are brought from the beach, which they swept into some corner and left it like that. The air conditioner was not central, it worked properly, it was clean and disinfected, when turned on, it smelled like a disinfectant.
Towels were changed only for feet, and then only because we threw it on the floor. But, cleaners always walked all over the territory, washed the floors with mops and special equipment, collected glasses and shook out pots of garbage. Pools are clean, all shared bathrooms are too. Cleaning 7 out of 10.

3. The territory of the hotel is small, all occupied by pools. There is nowhere to walk. In total, there are 4 pools on the territory - 1 for children 35 cm deep, 1 with slides 1.2 m and 2 for adults 1.4 m deep, not clogged with vacationers. There were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. Slides 2, small, but in a closed slide it is very interesting to move out, I recommend not only for children)). On the territory there are bathrooms and showers to quickly put yourself in order while relaxing on the pool. Territory - 5 out of 10, pools - 9 out of 10.

4.
The infrastructure is well thought out - there are enough elevators and information signs to navigate around the hotel, there are carpets in the corridors with rooms, there are 3 bars, 4 restaurants, a spa, a gym and a pastry shop, there is also a shop with the necessary set of goods for vacationers (note that the prices in it, of course, are inflated). There is a hall with sofas where you can relax and balconies with awnings where you can drink a cocktail overlooking the pool. Everything is white, glossy and almost new)) Wi-Fi catches throughout the territory and in the rooms and allows you to safely watch videos on youtube. Rated 9 out of 10.

5. Food. Breakfast is the same as everywhere else, nothing special. Breakfast lasts from 7:00 to 10:30 (including late breakfast). This is the longest meal of the day. Lunch is divided into 2 streams of vacationers according to the color of the bracelets, it is given for lunch for 1 hour - either from 12:15 to 13:15 or from 13:15 to 14:15.
Lunches are good, there are 2 types of soup, fish, chicken, turkey or beef stew, various side dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, snacks and sweets. From 14:00 to 16:00 you can also get to the snack bar and refresh yourself, but there is not much choice there. From 16:00 to 18:00 in the pastry shop they give waffles with doping, but we did not try them. Dinner is also divided into 2 streams - from 18:45 to 19:45 and from 19:45 to 20:45.

Dinner does not differ much from lunch, almost the same set of dishes. As for the quality of the food, it cannot be said that we enjoyed every meal. There were individual dishes, really tasty, but it was a rarity. So you won’t be hungry, but don’t expect much pleasure either. What I categorically do not recommend taking is mashed potatoes - it is powdery and has an unpleasant aftertaste. There is no separate children's table, there are high chairs for feeding. Food 7 out of 10.

6.

The a la carte restaurant needs to be booked in advance, I recommend doing this on the first days of your holiday, since at the end of our stay everything was booked for 3 days in advance. Thursday is a day off. Of the two a la carte, only Turkish works, Italian was closed. In Turkish there are 4 servings of dishes - soup, ichli kofte, Turkish pilaf with 3 types of meat (especially delicious rack of lamb) and flatbread, creme brulee (not ice cream) and fruit, not counting the salad and snacks that immediately stand on the table. Everything is tasty and satisfying, they barely rolled out from the table)) wine and Turkish fragolino are offered from drinks. Rating 10 out of 10.

7. The beach is sandy-pebbly, but pebbles prevail, so if you have sensitive feet, I recommend buying or taking aqua boots with you, it will be easier to enter the water and especially go out. The shore goes quite sharply to the depth, so already 5 m from the water's edge there is no bottom under your feet. The water is clean and very warm.
Fish swim near the shore, which are caught for fish spa, so do not be alarmed if someone bites your heel). There were always enough sunbeds, there are umbrellas on the beach, not a canopy, so many are already in a semi-defective state, there are holey umbrellas.

The beach has a dressing room and showers, but no bathroom. The beach bar has water, juices, soda and beer. At about 11:00 bring fruit. That's all you can eat. The shuttle to the beach is an old SUV with 10 seats, which runs every 10 minutes, but has 2 half-hour breaks. On the turning circle there is a vitamin bar where you can have a bite of very tasty large corn, the price is 1 dollar or 7 lire. The beach is dirty, but this is more of a minus for vacationers. Beach infrastructure 6 out of 10.

8. Entertainment. Animation starts at 10:00 with a sluggish dance near the pool, the team consists of 4 girls from different CIS countries, a hyperactive animator and a local host.
They entertain people with yoga, aerobics, darts, competitions in the pool during the day and not very interesting evening entertainment. It was bingo, guess the tune, folk dancing night. Once there was a big disco, but the repertoire… Morgenstern is not what I would like to dance to, sorry. Children's animation is the same every day, competitions for children begin to vomit already on the 3rd day. Entertainment 5 out of 10.

9. Security and quarantine measures. All staff wore masks at all times, there are antiseptics with alcohol liquids at every step. There is no direct access to food, there are fences and the staff gives out food in portions, they give the supplement without any problems. They try to divide the flow of people in order to reduce concentration, measure the distance between sunbeds and tables, give out alcohol wipes before each meal, on the transfer to the beach, the driver requires everyone to wear masks. Visitors must wear masks when gathering food.
This is where the measures end. There are still crowds of people in the restaurant, time division does not work, some neglect masks, impatient and hungry climb through the fences to take food on their own. They don't make special comments. Compliance with quarantine is 8 out of 10.

Not in the assessment of the hotel: the surroundings of the hotel - village by village)) There is not a single bank, not a single currency exchange. Steep hills that are difficult to climb even for young people in the heat, one pharmacy near the Justiniano hotel that does not work, 2-3 tour agencies, 2-3 shops with cheap clothes and leather goods. Near Justiniano, you can buy aquashoes for $10 (they cost 15 euros in the shop on site). From the hotel to the right there is a newly built clothing supermarket Nova Outlet, where you can dress up well in both brands and quality Turkish brands (for example, DeFacto or Loft).
A 20-minute walk behind the highway there is Alara Grand Bazaar, which is littered with fakes under Tommy Hilfiger and Phillip Plein, but there is a Mercado grocery store where you can exchange currency for Turkish lira by buying something at a good rate (7.2 lira per dollar). Big Love is that the hotel is located away from the highway, so if the windows do not overlook the pool, then it is very quiet there (especially due to the fact that one of the two neighboring hotels is closed).

We didn’t go to the spa, so there won’t be an objective assessment, according to the reviews of our countrywomen, the masseurs there are good, you can bargain for 3 hammam sessions for two for $ 180.

Separately, I want to draw the attention of the JoinUp company to the hotel guide Arif. Both with us and with other guests from our city, he behaved disgustingly at the meeting: he rummaged through the phone, not looking at those who came, mocked us that we came in masks, turned to “you” and generally behaved as if we we interfere with him in his personal home.

When we said that we were not interested in excursions, since we adhere to quarantine measures, he lost all interest in us and literally sent us to all 4 sides.

In general, I recommend the hotel, provided that the tour has an early arrival and a late departure, for those who love a relaxing beach and pool holiday. Thank you for your attention to my review!
