Rested with family from 06.06. 19 to 06.15. 19. We chose the hotel based on the price and on the advice of the tour operator. I read the reviews and went very positive.
Contingent: immigrants from the Soviet Union, that is, one Russian speaker, queues everywhere, for ice cream, in a restaurant, for cakes, for potatoes, they take two plates each, demanding to lay down more, to the staff’s explanation that they have a norm, they say that it’s all the same, put more. From here and the attitude of the Turks. We rested a year ago in Egypt, we liked it there much more, there were no these endless queues, the food was tastier and more varied.
To be honest, if it weren’t for the restaurant, the impression would have been much better, the food is monotonous, I didn’t know how to feed the children, they ate only rice and french fries, and then if they had time to take it. There seems to be a lot of food, but in fact there is nothing. The pastries are fresh in the morning, so they saved themselves with buns for the whole day. The plates are always dirty, there are no spoons, forks, glasses. For juices, plastic cups, the cheapest ones that always fall, were already occupied by tables from 18.30, although dinner started at 7.00. It even happened that we took a plate with apricots, put them on the table, went for another, we come, and someone dragged our apricots from the table. For fruits, there were apples, pears, watermelons in the evenings, once a melon and twice cherries and apricots, but if they didn’t have time at the beginning of dinner, then they quickly sorted everything out and finished, as they said in the restaurant, although I want to call it a dining room.

There are no complaints about the room, they clean it every 3 days, but if you ask at the reception, they will clean it more often, towels were changed every other day, water, soap and shampoo were brought every day. We lived in the old building, I don’t know that it is hated on YouTube, we liked it and the view from the window is beautiful and somehow atmospheric.
The territory is not large, but well-groomed, there is a lot of greenery, the beach would be clean if they didn’t throw cigarette butts everywhere, but in general it’s not dirty, the territory is cleaned all the time. The beach is sand and a strip of pebbles. The sun loungers are practically all occupied from 7 in the morning, although towels can lie all day, and the owner will never come, they just keep a "place" for themselves, just in case.
The pools are good, there are both for children and for adults, the sun loungers are always busy at the pool, but we found one or two. For some reason, the slides work on time, and out of 3, only 2 included.
Oh yes, and animation. There is no children's animation in the hotel, from the word at all, well, except for the disco at 9 pm and drawing every day, and then when the child sits down to draw, they immediately offer to decorate a T-shirt for $ 10, and then the animators help those who bought t-shirt. According to adult animation, there was exercise, water football and zumba, but there were 5 people there, in short.
In general, we were in Turkey for the first time and don’t want to do it again, the hotel definitely doesn’t pull on 5 *, we tried to think positively, but when you take one, two, three dirty plates, and then you run around and look for what to pour tea into and where to get fork, the mood fell. If you improve the service, then the hotel would be good, but for now a solid 3.
