It all started with the check-in, at the reception the Turk who settled us did everything very slowly, his married couple asked to be the first to check in because they had two small children with them who were crying, since it was night, to which he rudely replied that he was in charge here and everyone should listen to him, and as he said, it will be so, if someone says something against him, then we will all be settled until the morning. The food is disgusting, there is no meat other than chicken, and then the chicken is in the form of some shoulders from it.
Photographers are also boors, they apparently don’t know what it is to work in the service sector, they took pictures of us on the beach with a parrot, after we asked to show the photo on the computer monitor screen, to which the photographer answered me that see your photos in printed form 3 * 3 cm. Drinks are a different story. In the machine where there should be juices, water mixed with powder is poured, it turns out like a yuppie, and the water is not even boiled, there is foam on top. Our child drank only water or bought juice in the store.
It is impossible to drink wine and whiskey at all, as if beer is diluted with water. But the worst thing is bed bugs. We lived on the 4th floor. If you have already purchased a tour, then ask to check in on the 5th or 6th floor, as we heard from other hotel guests that they are also on the 3rd floor. The hotel is dirty everywhere, the room is not cleaned, only the bed is made. The only plus is the location of the hotel on the first line, it has its own beach.
