A visit to the SerapSu 5 * hotel after 2 years brings only fond memories. Of course, even an inexperienced tourist understands that this is not 5 *, but 4 with a minus. We went with a girlfriend, for the first time to Turkey and abroad in general : ), according to fortune from Karya Tour ($ 1000 for two). The hotel building is old, as is the furniture in the rooms. They didn’t pay anything at the reception, they settled us on the 1st floor in a two-room family room (with 2 balconies and bathrooms; overlooking the court and the fountain), instead of the standard we paid for, which is already a big plus, of course, with subsequent relocation. But since we did not leave the keys at the reception, they forgot about us, and we lived safely until the end of the holiday in a 4-bed room : ). The downside of the first floor was that it smelled of mice. Although in our Kirillovka sometimes it still doesn’t smell like that : ))). In general, it all depends on the mood. Regarding local alcohol, I want to express my “FE”, gin is drunk easily and naturally, especially diluted with sprite, but in the morning - the effect of strong village moonshine, only hammam will save from a hangover (although it was drunk very little). But Efes non-alcoholic beer is very pleasant to the taste, and most importantly, without consequences. . The food is quite decent (sweets, fruits, cheese, olives, delicious pastries, olives, for breakfast - scrambled eggs, muesli with crispy balls, various jams, honey, powdered milk, vegetables are delicious, except for cucumbers with tomatoes, they are somehow rotten, cape, fish (2-3 times a week), soups - not tasty, salads and sausages - I don’t recommend eating. The bar on the beach takes down what they didn’t eat at breakfast, and french fries and hamburgers are cooked in front of you (true hamburgers most likely soy - not tasty) Very tasty cakes, with various fillings, were also made on the beach right in front of you by a specially trained woman, though there was always a queue, and it worked only a couple of hours. a bar in the room, taking into account half a liter per person per day, but there are coolers in the hotel - I don’t want to dial in. The beach is very large, with mushrooms, but there are not enough sun loungers, so at 6 in the morning we get up and take a sun lounger to the beach. The sea is clean , very salty, Mediterranean after all. benevolent. The nice thing is that the hotel area, although not very large, is green and hidden from prying eyes. . We went on an excursion to Pamukkale - a beautiful place, the excursion itself took about a day, and it's a shame that instead of fully enjoying the beauty of Pamukkale itself (we were there for 2.5 hours), we were taken to different shops (onyx center , sweets shop, carpet center, wine tasting, textiles), where everything is exorbitantly expensive (and the tour cost $60). But still the general impression of the country and the rest is positive. We had a great rest! Do not forget that when paying for a ticket worth $500, the lion's share of this cost is occupied by a flight, so you do not need to expect a lot from accommodation and food so as not to be disappointed.
