But the real horror, as it turned out, was ahead.

Arriving at the hotel at 2 o'clock at night. there was almost no lighting. There were two full garbage cans in front of the entrance. . . We were met by a not very friendly manager, who quickly escorted the attendant, saying that he would help us understand everything. He handed us the registration cards to fill out and, making sure that everything was filled in correctly, said that there are no rooms in the hotel and therefore we will have to spend a couple of nights in one of the neighboring hotels.
Nobody paid attention to our indignation. Since it was late, we were tired, we decided to agree and in the morning to understand everything that happened. Another hotel was Sonos Alpina. At the reception we were greeted as relatives, although the room we were given can only dream in a nightmare: hallway, bedroom 6 squares, poor furniture, a narrow window with access to the highway and a shower room, where everything flowed that could flow there.... Until the morning, as it were, because it was simply impossible to sleep there.
One thought was spinning in my head - home, and the faster the better!
The morning came. After meeting with Carya Tour representative Goodis, our opinion of this tour operator has not changed. Initially, we were blamed for following the manager's tricks, and once we accepted that. then now you have to play to the end according to their rules. Administrator Mae Garden is a complete thug. 1. Room cleaning - no. Yes, the bed will be filled and all. 3 days asked to change towels - useless! ! ! ! ! Until I threw it at the feet of the cleaning lady.
2. Food - from 7-30 to 02-00 - those who like to fill their stomachs will not stay hungry! BUT: there is a lack of variety, seafood, famous oriental sweets. Although we ate fruit. Wine is disgusting! Meat - soy!
On the first 2 points I want to pay tribute to the Alpina Hotel. (We were then given a 3-room room away from the track with a gorgeous balcony)

The staff is worn only around them, because there are many clowns. You become a stranger on their holiday of life.
Drinks cannot be brought to the rooms. You can't even put water in a bottle ! ! !!
Positive emotions were received only from the Turkish bath and the market, which is there every Tuesday. Truly a theatrical performance.
In principle, if you do not touch on such problems, you can rest. But the level of service for 4 stars does not pull at all - a weak three!
We will not go there anymore and we will not use Caryatour services
