Good afternoon!
I'll try to be brief about everything in order.
Transfer: Personally, our transfer to the hotel took about 2 - 2.5 hours. Our delivery was on a small bus + the hotel was the second in terms of disembarkation - hence the short time. In other conditions, the transfer time may be delayed.
Check-in: Passes quickly since we arrived after 14.00. By the way, the girl at the reception is the most adequate person in the hotel - approach her without hesitation - she will help solve all your problems. He speaks Russian no worse than me. During the rest, I did not notice tourists languishing without settling until 14.00. Probably promptly placed.

Rooms: There are 6 buildings in total - 2 or 3 of them are occupied by permanently residing Turks. You probably shouldn't be afraid of this - since these are elderly, mostly respectable people who apparently rest there according to the summer cottage type. Three tourist buildings are equipped with suites and standard rooms. I haven’t seen standard rooms with my own eyes - I can’t say anything (probably not good. There are 2 types of double + child suites - different in layout (good and bad) If you got into a room with an entrance to the bedroom, then a corridor and a second room - do everything possible and try to move to a different view - entry into the corridor, to the left is the bedroom, right after the corridor is the second room. The second type of rooms is more comfortable, larger in size and will add more positive emotions from your vacation. Personally, we came across room 206 in building C - far not ice. When we found out that there are more comfortable rooms, it was too late to change and didn’t want to. Maybe it makes sense to take a triple or family. Family rooms (the Turks lived in the opposite building) are just buzzing and are 2 combined suites. Upon arrival at the room in bathroom 2 tubes of shampoo and a piece of soap. After this was over, they put tubes with an incomprehensible liquid instead of shampoo and that's it - we didn't use it. It's better to go in the evening m to the store - buy yourself the best shampoo, gel and soap based on olive oil and not bother with it. Cleaning in the rooms is daily and no (however, like almost everywhere) - they make the bed, sweep the dust, shake out the ashtray. He left money - for this they rolled up "something" on the bed - the quality of cleaning has not changed - he did not give more money. Towels and bed linen did not even try to change - at least a lie on the floor, even where a lie. As a result, I squealed at the reception - asked to change - she immediately handed it to someone on the radio and after half an hour we became happy owners of fresh linen. There is a standing shower in the bathroom, a low-power hair dryer - which spontaneously turns off a couple of minutes after being turned on - cools down and can then be turned on again. The wife dried her hair in 4-5 steps. Our air conditioner was located inconveniently - it blew in the head from the side - we united 2 beds and moved them to the opposite wall - it seemed to be acceptable. The air conditioner does not work when the window, door or door to the balcony is open - such an economy system. There is a nuance - everywhere on vacation he separated the key fob from the key and left it in the slot when they left the room - the air conditioner worked while we were gone and cooled the room. Here, the keychain is securely specially soldered to the key and the trick does not work - you come to a stuffy room. The refrigerator is small and super economical - almost no cold. The TV is super small in all the rooms without exception (I have never seen such before) 2 Russian channels and a third some kind of religious one, they constantly carried some kind of sectarian nonsense.
Territory: As you can see from the description, the quadrature is small - in fact, it is 6 buildings, a path around them and a pool in the middle - so you won’t clear up. The pool is a separate story - it seems to be big, but there is one "but" - there are sorely lacking sunbeds (I note that I rested in August and this may be seasonal) BUT the fact is - if you like to lie around the pool - get up at 7 in the morning, take towels, wait until the pool is cleaned and take the sunbeds. The slide is only open for about 2 hours a day - an hour before lunch and an hour in the late afternoon. The water in the pool is good and not over-chlorinated.
Beach: There were enough sunbeds on the beach - if the first and second lines to the sea are busy, you will always find them on lines 3-4.1 line again must be occupied until 8 am. I advise you not to take towels for sunbeds from home - here you can buy sheets for a hammam - 1 USD. PCS. and towels for wiping from 3 dollars. and higher. The entrance to the sea is rocky - they regretted that they did not take the slippers that were left from Egypt. The section of the beach in front of the sea is cleared of stones - there is sand, it is steadily removed - respect to the guy who was in charge of the beach and arranged sunbeds. I advise you again to swim in the sea to the right of the beach where there is no sandy entrance - the sea is much cleaner. There is almost no life in the sea. On the beach there is a snack bar from 10.00 to 20.00 Range - french fries, chopped greens, some meatballs, tea coffee drinks except beer.
Meals: I'll make a reservation right away - I've been to Turkey before - there is food and it's better in other hotels. And that's standard food. Yes, it is impossible to eat sausage - but there are many cheeses, vegetables and herbs. From fruits, watermelons, melons, plums, apples were given every day - less often grapes, apricots, peaches. From meat - for breakfast and lunch - chicken in all forms. In the evening, they sometimes indulge in beef and grilled fish. The fish is mostly mackerel. There is no baby food. In general, you won't leave hungry. Just enough, there is a sufficient selection of sweet pastries. During the day, grandmother bakes gozleme near the pool - but sometimes there are queues. Free tea and coffee throughout the day.

Animation Entertainment In principle, it exists - until 9 pm children's entertainment. Until half past ten, an adult program - competitions and more. There is no disco. Those who wish gather with animators and go to the city - after that they return with them. I don't know what the conditions are.
Shopping: Leave the hotel, you can have dinner, go to the 2nd street from the sea (behind the hotel), turn left and 2-3 kilometers of shops are provided to you. The standard for Turkey is souvenirs, textiles, leather, etc. We went to Alanya - get out of the hotel, vote on the bus, look at the sign, see Alanya center, go to the end. There the choice is better, the prices are the same - in general, bargain. Return in the reverse order - the bus station, call the driver the hotel (show the bracelet) and he will stop near May Garden. It is more profitable to pay in the bus with lira - the fare is 2.5 lira per person. or 2 dollars.
In conclusion, I can say - if you decide to go to this hotel - nothing bad will happen to you - you will survive. But believe me - there are much better hotels - pay a few thousand extra and the rest will bring you much more pleasure - and you go there for that.
That's all - if you have any questions, write - I will answer!
