I will make a reservation, the main claim is to the hotel administrators at the reception and the hotel guide Murat from Anex Tour. The hotel itself is not bad, but obviously not 5 *, but rather a good 3 * or weak 4 *. I'll start in order:
We flew well, quickly found our bus, the transfer guide Andrey is a very nice guy, friendly, affable. When we got there, we didn't even notice. Andrei told interesting facts, gave practical advice and entertained passengers in every possible way. Time flew by unnoticed and with benefit. We didn’t have to wait long for check-in, while we were checking out, we sat in the lobby, the employee, his name is Burak, immediately offered us tea, coffee, in general, it’s nice. I will tell you about Burak later, I will say right away that this is one of the best employees of the hotel. Issued in room 1013, left the suitcases in the lobby went to look. Guys, this is darkness, I have not seen such horror in the most rundown hotels of the Russian province !!!! ! Firstly, this is an extension, a wing in which the kitchen and other households. rooms, go to the room past the kitchen along the service aisle, it smells disgusting, some kind of rotten fish, the floor in the corridor is sticky. The room and the extension wing are located directly next to the service entrance to the kitchen, you can hear how they cook and how it smells even in the room. The room is located on the 1.5 floor. But it wasn’t there: at first we didn’t sleep at night, because it was crazy hot, everyone tried the air conditioner, including the night administrator (by the way, the guy, oddly enough, he sympathized), but he warmed, in the literal sense of the word, there was hotter than outside. They opened the balcony, sounds from the kitchen, the thunder of dishes is nothing, mosquitoes began to bite, it was not possible to sleep, although they were lying in clothes, because you don’t want to lie naked on such a bed. We also didn’t go to the shower for a day, because we couldn’t go into it with this hair and the fear of catching something turned out to be stronger than the desire to wash. In general, we did not sleep at night. The mood is disgusting, the rest is ruined.
But that's not all: in the morning a meeting was scheduled for the new arrivals with the hotel guide Murat. To say that he spoke boorishly, arrogantly - to say nothing. Of the useful things, he only told where to eat and at what time (this can also be gleaned from the memo), the rest was vtyuhivanie tours. The meeting is over, we are sitting waiting for the resettlement. Nearby there is a shopping center, a bazaar, not far from Alanya (50 minutes by bus), the location is good.
