Disgusting dirty hotel with bad food and lies at every step! !

I booked a standard room for three people on the website, where a king-size bed for two and a single bed for a 10-year-old child were indicated. In fact, we were placed in a single room with a single bed and a chaise longue! !

All the buttons in the coffee machine are broken, it works intermittently, coffee in paper cups, the taste is disgusting! ! And the cherry on the cake - all the dishes are absolutely dirty! ! It is impossible to choose a clean plate, fork, spoon. It is disgusting to pick up the dishes, let alone eat from them! !
