No one is on duty and does not clean (I don’t understand at all how this can be in a 5-ke)

The first impression ruined everything. Broken loose lock on the door. Dilapidated, shabby furniture swollen with water. Old air conditioners full of dust and MOLD inside. Refrigerator (which should have been built-in was nearby) was in a terrible state and worked accordingly
The juices that the hotel puts in the fridge every day, it’s impossible to drink, it’s not even a drink…
The smell of dampness and mold in the room.
The socket responsible for the air conditioners in the room was broken (fell out).
Hordes of ANTS (whether you carry food or not) in front of our eyes, ants dug a hole between the window frame in our room (whether the frames are so dilapidated)

The entrance to the sea is heavy, rocky and immediately flops into the depths
It's hard to go out without shoes.
Near the children's pool with slides, there is no person from the hotel looking and controlling (as in all hotels), children climb the slides from the side of the pool (many injuries in children)
The children's room is also all shabby, it's very stuffy inside, there are no crafts, there are no related materials from which to make (the hotel is not allocated for children) SHAME
