Good day of the day! I would like to warn tourists about some troubles that can happen in this hotel. My sister and 4-year-old niece and I were in Turkey for the first time, so we treated the choice of a hotel (as it seemed to us) very responsibly: we went to a travel agency well-known in our city, chose expensive tours (73 tr. R. for three), read reviews on the Internet, etc. We settled in a bungalow (advised in a travel agency) because there is a larger area and greenery around, calmer than in the main building. The first days were wonderful, then some things began to strain: in order to take a place on the beach under a canopy, you had to get up no later than 8 o'clock. If you come to a restaurant not for opening, look for a clean table or a waiter who will clean everything for you and put clean appliances, and the waiter is in no hurry to fulfill your request and there is no guarantee that the appliances he brings will be clean, since I have repeatedly observed that these appliances are taken from another table. Yes, the buffet pleases the eye with its design, but every day the same set of dishes, and fruits are standard: oranges, grapefruit, apples, watermelon. The mini bar in the room did not work, which was very inconvenient, since we bought cherries, and there was nowhere to store them. At the reception we were told that the bar is not a refrigerator and it differs from the bedside table only by a temperature of 1-2 degrees below room temperature. At night, cockroaches (the size of a walnut) crawl out of the cracks, creeping terribly even on the bed. Twice hunted for lizards, they crawled through the open windows. We asked the reception to change our room, preferably to a room in the main building. From the beginning, they pretended that they did not understand the Russian language at all and what they were talking about, then they sent a porter with us, who came, killed the cockroach, smiled sweetly and said "my name is Nur, call for problems" We continued to insist on changing the number, but we were told that there were no rooms at all (there can be no talk about the main building), and then they showed us the two most terrible rooms in the bungalow, apparently on purpose so that we would calm down, otherwise it could be even worse. In short, I slept with a slipper in my hands in a room with a non-working air conditioner, with the windows closed, because I am afraid of all living creatures and listened to every rustle. I began to ask the neighbors about living creatures, they confirmed the presence of cockroaches, but this apparently did not bother them. Dear tourists, be careful when choosing a hotel!
