My magical holidays

Written: 23 june 2010
Travel time: 13 — 20 june 2010
Rested with my family (me, wife, child) in Ganita Holiday clab from 13 to 20.06. It was the first time in Turkey.
1. The rooms in the main building turned out to be very small. For 50 bucks, the girl Masha at the reception was changed to a bungalow. When we settled in a bungalow, it turned out that one of the two splits did not work at all, the second worked very weakly and made a crack like a lawn mower during operation (it was impossible to sleep). I left an application for the repair of splits 5 (five! ) times. The splits never got fixed. Sleeping at night was unbearably hot, during the day it is also better not to go into the room.
2. The food system included 1 dinner at a fish restaurant. Three times I tried to make an appointment for dinner, they said, "Net leaflet, it's over. Come tomorrow, please. " On the 4th time (day) recorded the same. Upon arrival for dinner at the "Restaurant", the "metrodtel" checked our coupon with the statement for five minutes, then said "Mistake, go to the reception" - no thanks, sorry. At the reception, they said with a smile, "Yes, a mistake. Today there are no places in the restaurant. Tomorrow, please come. " I told him to eat by yourself and left.

3. Of the 5 declared outdoor pools and 6 slides, 3 slides and 3 pools turned out to be inoperative.
4. There were no people watching near the pools and slides all week (everyone swam and rode as they wanted), but on Saturday a Turk appeared near the slides and in general there was a revival in the staff (as I understood, someone from the authorities arrived).
5. The staff in general, if not yet arrogant, is already quite relaxed. When you start making claims (everything in a fairly correct form), they say that they don’t understand Russian and they don’t understand my English either. When I ask to invite a manager, the Turkish boy at the reception replies with a smile, "I'm a manager. " The loss of 50 lire from the wallet in the room was probably not worth mentioning. Well, I also don’t understand putting ice in drinks mainly with my hands.
6. Excursions: I understand that it is necessary to boost the Turkish economy, but I do not agree to stop by and spend time on the way on a tasting tour and an offer to buy: sweets, wine, carpets, textiles, semi-precious stones. I did not go shopping, but to see Pamukalle. A stop for forty minutes with an offer to buy finally sweets on the day of departure is completely inappropriate. I got up at 4.40 in the morning to be offered sweets for 40 minutes - yes, I would have slept with pleasure during this time.
7. When you go on vacation, you don’t want to solve any problems, you want to relax. When you unsuccessfully try to solve problems on vacation, then this is no longer a vacation. By the way, there are no complaints about food, territory and people in general.
Will I go to Turkey? Yes. Will I choose Coral? I'll think hard. And don't ask about Ganita. There are one and a half stars extra.
