The four of us (me, wife, daughter 4.5 years old, mother) rested from July 26 to August 8.2010. There were about half of the Germans in the hotel, about 30% of Russians, and the rest - Poles, Turks, French (I I didn’t see it myself, but other Russians told me that they were there).
The tour was bought from Coral, the transfer was from Emek Tour (EMEK TUR), and the hotel guide and excursions were from Odeon Tour (ODEON TUR). The heat is +40, we are told that it is cool! Then it was already +50 - +55 (! ), But it is easily tolerated (humidity is high). Somewhere from 12.00 to 16.00 we were sitting in a room (with air conditioning, at +25 - +30), since it’s hard on the street under the direct sun, especially if the sunbeds are by the pool on marble (this is a common building material in Turkey, it is 2- world's largest marble quarry), because the sun reflects off the marble. By the sea on a pebble (sand and pebble beach) at this time (from 12 to 16) it is also hard, but the wind blows from the sea - it is easier to bear.
We got to the hotel after 1.5 hours (quite quickly) there was one stop along the way - to go to the toilet and smoke (after 40 minutes), the air conditioner worked in the bus - it was comfortable. The hotel was placed in 5 minutes. (I entered myself and everyone who is with me in the hotel form: wife, daughter, mother). They settled us in a villa (we took a family room 2 rooms) on the 1st floor, in villa No. 12 room A (12-A) - this is the closest house from the reception (it’s very convenient, as soon as it’s impatient, we went there for tea pour and return to the room, so you can do from 8 to 23 hours). The houses are generally 2-storey, 4 rooms per house, on the ground floors (blocks A and B) 2-room. rooms, and on the 2nd floor (blocks C and D) 3-room. rooms (climb the iron stairs). We had 5 beds, there were four of us (1 bed was empty) they didn’t try to hook anyone up with us! There are a lot of 40-odd houses, most of the territory is occupied by these villas, there is a lot of greenery between them (the hotel is old, since 1989, the greenery has grown as it should), the greenery is well-groomed, constantly watered by the hotel service. From time to time I came across gardeners who processed palm trees (cut the bark from the trunks). There are houses very far from the sea, there are closer to the sea, but it’s hard to climb to such houses (villas with a number closer to the end of the 30th and forties), there are very close to the main building these are villas with numbers from the first two dozen (the main building all with standard numbers). The farther from the main building, the calmer (quietly at night and you can’t hear discos and other things) that’s what we needed with the child, who wants discos and other things - settle in standard rooms - they are closer to the sea and the busy place of the hotel (restaurant, disco, bars, etc. ).

The sea is clean (especially in the morning) in the morning it is often calm, in general, when returning, many (from other hotels) on the bus discussed that the sea was restless - we did not notice. our beach was, as in a square, closed by a mountain and, apparently, an artificial mound of natural stone (or maybe it was a natural barrier), which worked like breakwaters. We did not see the restless sea at all. The water is very clear, you can see everything until the very day, people dived with masks and got different stones from the bottom. Nobody observed any feces from the hotel under water, there are none! : ) There are a lot of small fish under water, no shells (we found only one, thanks to a miracle), 30 meters from the shore there are turtles about 15-30 cm in diameter (they eat algae there). The beach is large, about 100 meters, in 5 rows of 60 sunbeds (on average) on each row - I counted them : ) Instead of umbrellas, monolithic awnings (much better than umbrellas). Right next to the beach, guys work (they have a tent there) with water sports (motorcycle, banana, parachute... ), volleyball is also there. When in this place they approach the shore of the boat, a slight smell of gasoline blows off them onto the beach (I personally didn’t care, but my family didn’t notice anything at all). When these boats begin to actively go to the sea (from about 10 o'clock), waves rise (mainly from them), but small ones - the kids like it. They also cut algae at the bottom with screws, which are washed ashore by waves, after lunch a little green grass appears in the water (it doesn’t bother, but it’s cleaner in the morning). The beach is sandy and pebbly (no sand, but a lot of small pebbles), you need slippers - it burns your feet. There is no sharp cliff near the shore - it is convenient to enter the water. On the other side of the beach (10 meters) is the beach of a neighboring hotel (about 30 meters long and also from 5-6 rows) with umbrellas on it, which sucks compared to our canopies! As a result, there were few and rarely people from the neighboring hotel on that beach. Behind this beach, a wild beach begins (150-200 meters from our beach), I went there (when I was looking for shells), there is a bare beach, a lot of garbage (plastic and packs of cigarettes) and there are Turks (mostly men) on it who come in their cars, there are no shells : ) There were no mosquitoes or other bloodsuckers on the beach, once I was bitten by a fly (! ) It hurt, but this was not the case with anyone else, and with me too. Take care of your feet! If they are safe and sound, then nothing will overshadow the holiday, if there is at least a small wound (I rubbed my foot with slippers), then you are guaranteed to get those small fish that swim in the sea - they bite right into the wound. It doesn't hurt, but it's not pleasant and it's always unexpected. In the end, I just stood on the bottom with my feet and buried my foot in the bottom - the fish broke off : )) They bit everyone who had wounds on their legs - one man (Russian) said that the fish clean the wound and went to sea for such "procedures" "He seemed to be missing the thrill.
There are 3 restaurants, of which 1 is a la carte, you can go to it 1 time for the entire stay. It is better to go to it towards the end of the holiday (to diversify the food, because there is a barbecue of 3 types of meat), but the entry into it was 1-2 days in advance. There were 5 bars, I didn’t go to 1 of them at all, it is located on the balcony of the main building, it was inconvenient for me to go to it from the villa, and it’s far from the beach and the pool, because. others were closer. They fed normally, there were salads (a lot), but I didn’t eat them - all sour (they pour a lot of vinegar and a lot of spices), I took fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, sometimes an egg with mayonnaise, beef tongue in some kind of sauce. Of the meat dishes were: beef tongue, beef, lamb, sheep's liver, chicken, turkey, 2 types of fish (apparently, whole trout and pieces), sausage was sometimes made from it meatballs (I did not like neither meatballs nor sausage), sausages (I ate white ones, I didn’t like red ones either). Side dishes: rice, mashed potatoes, french fries, beans, zucchini and fried eggplant... I don’t remember everything. It is clear that there was an omelet and fried eggs, a lot of sweets - I didn’t eat everything, but I had enough. There were corn flakes with milk, honey, various jams, peach compote (from a can). Fruits: watermelon, melon, peaches, plums, grapes, oranges (very sweet, although they had a greenish peel) - this is what we ate, maybe there was something else (I didn’t see it). Once I noticed that they were eating strawberries at the next table - everyone in my family is indifferent to it, so I did not look for it. Ice cream was given every evening, after leaving the restaurant (do not rush to leave) very tasty. Freshly squeezed juice was priced at 1 Turkish lira, or 1 euro or 1 dollar (they don't care) for 1 glass (in the restaurant next to the barrel for pouring wine). The restaurant (at the bar) had strong alcohol, beer (Efes) and Pepsi Cola. I didn’t drink - don’t ask me for comments : )) Red and white wine - in the evening it is on the table in a bottle, at lunch you need to go to the barrel and pour it yourself, or ask to bring a bottle, and in the morning there is no drink : )) , even beer (only at the pool bar from 10 o'clock). The restaurant is arranged in 2 levels, (the second level is covered only in the evening, it is open with awnings, overlooking the sea), in the morning and in the afternoon the first level is covered (indoor with air conditioning and open with awnings). We went to the restaurant early in the morning at 7-8 o'clock, at this time there are few people there (works from 7 to 9). At lunchtime from 12.30 the main restaurant opens, but at 12.00, between the beach and the pool, the 2nd restaurant opens, you can eat in it, but the choice is rather poor (although we dined only in it for the last 4 days) they give: fries, pastries, watermelons, something sometimes meat, sometimes pizza. In the same (2nd restaurant) from 16.00 to 17.00 they give sweet and light food, pour beer, cola, tea... Next to this restaurant there is an a la carte restaurant overlooking the beach (separated by a light, lattice, wooden partition). Dinner in the main restaurant from 19.00 to 21.00, ice cream is served there somewhere from 19.30 or 20.00 (at the exit). Bars are open all the time from 10.00 am.
The food is normal, but I overate everything by the end of the first week, and by the second week I was already picky, they saved watermelons with bread, my family ate everything for two weeks, and everyone liked everything. In a restaurant, sometimes, I repeat, SOMETIMES, flies got out, one clings to your table, at least brush them off, but until you hit it with your hand (which is not easy) it will not fly away, but they were rare (according to my estimates for the entire large restaurant pieces 10-15), for some reason the Turks do not use any funds from them. The main restaurant is clean and pleasant, without foreign smells (slightly smells of chlorine at the tables next to the toilet), after which I stopped going there. It is better to eat right from the moment the restaurant opens (in the first hour), then interruptions in food begin : )), and then you have to wait for a table.
Juices in the restaurant and bars are normal - you can drink (not Yupi or Zuko), it seems that they are natural, but some of them are clearly with water (nectar). The child and I drank with pleasure: orange, peach, kiwi, or just water, we didn’t like other juices.

The room is clean and odorless, only a light layer of dust under the bed strained - the maid's mop didn't get there : ( they began to clean the day every day, laying out various figures from a sheet on the bed - such as a blanket. I left a tip only once 1 dollar (consider me a miser, but I took little money and spent everything on excursions, there were four of us), so already on the second week they just started making the bed for us without figuratively lined blankets, which did not bother : )). There was a small refrigerator in the room, it contained water in bottles (0.33l) and juice for the child in boxes (included in the payment), there was still not enough water, and I carried 1.5l bottles from the restaurant (every evening), which is allowed . People do not bring food to the room! I knew this simple rule, but the child is still... in general, we began to bring food to the room on the second week and ants came to the room (before that there were none) ants are small and peaceful. I personally nailed 15-20 pieces : ), then there were fewer of them, but no matter how clean you eat, crumbs and drops of the juice you drink remain, which attracts them to the room. The ants did not bother (we had them for a couple of days), they did not bite anyone, but without them it would be somehow cleaner, or something. In general, I brought 2 packages against ants with me, the seller-gardener in Russia guaranteed that any small creatures would die out in a day if scattered near the house, but then I felt sorry for these creatures, and I did not poison them - I am such a pacifist : )). There were 2 rooms in the room (two-level room), in the bathroom there was a shower cabin, it leaked from below, after you take a shower, after 5 minutes. a small puddle ran up from below, I talked about it at the reception, the master came with silicone, but the booth continued to leak. We agreed that we were given 2 foot towels, which absorbed everything well, and before leaving the room we threw them out on the terrace, where they dried pretty quickly (in general, we didn’t waste our nerves on this). The room has a terrace, there is a table and 3 chairs on it, there is also a clothes hanger to dry it - very convenient. We weren't the only ones with shower problems (leaking cabins), other Russians were talking about it, and I saw this master with silicone in other villas. I also saw a man with a balloon of poison behind his back - such people poison rodents or insects, apparently someone complained about ants, and they went to poison them. I don't know how, but I wouldn't agree to spray the room. Each room in the room had its own air conditioner with a portable remote control, which is convenient. One Russian family said that they were placed in a room on the top of the villa (3-room) in which the air conditioner did not work, and the remote control was built into the wall (! ), They slept outdoors on the terrace in order to somehow escape from heat (rooms in villas on the 2nd floor have a terrace on the roof).
In general, we all liked it, the friendly staff at the reception understood our requests well, they always helped us. There is a divorce in the hotel - all the information indicates that the Turkish bath is free (in the basement of the main building), this is a lie, it costs $ 40, the reception confirmed this to me, but you can go to this bath yourself without the services of a Turkish bath (this is free - included) or sauna (also included). Beach towels can be changed 2 times a week (Mon and Thu).
There are many pools in the hotel. Three points with several pools on each. The main point is at the main building (there is a bridge), there are 2 pools: for children (35 cm) and for adults (1-2m) with a children's area (75 cm). The second point is at the children's club and trampolines 2 pools: for children (35 cm), for adults with 3 slides (it seems 1 m). The third point in a separate building in the area of u200bu200bhouses with numbers from the 30th dozen there is also a bar and 2 slides (it is very hot there, because everything is made of granite and there is no greenery) there are 5 pools: 2 for children (35 cm), 1 for skiing downhill (1 m), 2 adults (it seems 1.5-1.75 m). Parents be careful with your children(! ), in this third place a 6-year-old boy (Russian) slid down the hill and drowned. hit his head and at the same time his circle was blown away (everywhere they ride only with their own circles or without them). The child was discovered by the children when he surfaced and turned blue, his parents were sitting next to the cafe, but did not see anything (this is how the cafe is arranged there). Fortunately, the father of the child was an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and he pumped out his son, while the ambulance was driving. The ambulance took the boy away, but the next day he was already discharged, and he again rode down this hill... There are 5 slides in the hotel, but only 4 slides worked (water was not allowed on 1 hill).
The child can be left in the kids club, we did not leave, but were with him, because. daughter did not want to be alone. There, the teachers speak Russian, they play, draw, sculpt, and it's cool there... my daughter liked it. In the evening there is a children's disco (they dance to Russian and German children's songs) with animators, and we also liked the parents watching them from the mini-colosseum.

The temperature is tolerable, we lived according to the regime: rise at 6-7 o'clock, breakfast, then to the beach (almost all places are free), lunch from the opening, then after dinner until 16-17 o'clock were in the room. it was very hot (or with a child in a children's club from 15 o'clock), then a pool with slides (or the sea, but with its own rug), dinner from the opening, in the evening a children's disco, sleep.
There are a lot of people, but we always and everywhere had enough space, if you sleep until 8-9 o’clock and come to the restaurant 1-1.5 hours after opening, then you will be unhappy, because. It will be hard for you to find places everywhere! After lunch, it’s hard to find a place by the sea, but we had a prefabricated reed rug with us, we easily placed ourselves on it near the sea (later some tourists (not only Russians) began to do this, they lay down on their towels). There is always a place on children's trampolines - there are 2 of them.
The inconvenient thing is that after arriving the next day, in the morning you have to meet (for the first and last time) with the hotel guide, we called him Elchin, he is a Turk and buy excursions from him (if you want) after which you will no longer see him and excursions you can’t buy from him - this is the Odeon Tour (guys-guides are nice, but organizing the sale of excursions is complete crap). On the way back, we were taken to a sweets factory, where we bought Turkish delight and other sweets with the remaining dollars (at a 5% discount, the guide gives the card on the bus), at Antalya airport, in duty-free the same Turkish delight (the box is the same) was sold 10% cheaper, and in the market near the hotel 2 times cheaper, but not in such a box.
There are shops in the hotel itself, where you can buy everything for swimming: children's circles, armlets, vests, as well as snorkel masks, goggles, fins, etc. , there I bought myself beach slippers (mine were torn), women's beach slippers with rhinestones look pretty . In the same shops there are creams for sunburn, children's things (clothing) are not expensive and you can bargain (slippers, for example, I bargained from $10 to $6). When he was bargaining for slippers, a young Turk offered to give him a pack of cigarettes as payment (Marlboro costs $ 5 in Turkey), I am not a smoker - so we agreed on $ 6. They accept dollars, euros, Turkish liras and rubles (at the rate of 34 rubles per dollar), if the rate is not satisfactory, then ask the reception where you can exchange rubles - they will explain that it is not far from the hotel (I did not go, I arranged). I bought souvenirs from Uncle Misha (this is how the Turk introduced himself), an elderly man, he seemed very sincere, if you have a souvenir from Russia with you, give it to him, and he will gladly give you his own in return. There are also shops selling leather, jewelry and something else, at the entrance to the restaurant there are vending machines for children (for tokens, the price of 2 tokens is $ 3.3 tokens - $ 4). Representatives of these stores (leather, jewelry) walk along the beach and along the sun loungers by the pools and impose on you to go to them (for free) to their main store in Alanya, where you can see what they have. I constantly refused them, explaining that I didn’t come for shopping, but they constantly pestered me at the entrance / exit to the restaurant (not intrusively). On the beach, Ksenia (Russian) sticks, luring into a Turkish bath (as I said, the divorce is complete and, in my opinion, it does not cost $ 40 per person).

In general, the hotel can be given 4+ points, I won’t put five for a leaking cabin in the shower, the inability to eat normally at the end of the restaurant’s working hours and for a divorce of $ 40 for a Turkish bath (if I had known about this right away, I would have bought a special excursion to Turkish bath).
