We rested at the Ganita Holiday Club from 09/05/2010-09/16/2010 with my family: me, husband, 2 daughters 4 and 7 years old, and a friend with 2 children 13 and 5 years old. Chose with children in mind - it should be comfortable and fun. 2 club rooms were booked. We arrived at the hotel at 19 pm. We were not settled for a long time. Then the receptionist said that there were no rooms for us and that we were invited to spend the night in one room in a bungalow. After long bickering, we had to agree to this option, since there were no others, the children were very tired from the road and it was already 11 p. m. When we approached the bungalow, a thick smell of sewerage awaited us, which was much stronger in the room. In response to our indignation that we did not want to sleep in the "toilet", an employee came and sprinkled air freshener. There was not enough bed in the room, it was brought in an hour after 3 times reminder. As a consolation to us, the receptionist told us the standard fable that tomorrow at 10 am he would talk to the boss and they would give us good rooms. This, of course, was a FALSE. The next day, by lunchtime, with a fight and with the help of a guide, we knocked out rooms from the girls at the reception, in bungalows at different ends of the hotel. The rooms are old but spacious. Towels, water and juices to the bar were regularly not reported to us.
The guide sold us a 2-day excursion to Pamukkale, saying that it was more convenient than a one-day tour, taking into account the children. To go there, according to him, was 3.5 hours. It was a FALSE. We traveled to Pamukkale for over 7 hours by bus, with small children! At the same time, we were brought to different factories, which the guide did not warn about.
Animation in the hotel is weak. As for the children's club - they sent the children there. When I came for them after 1.5 hours, the youngest was not there! My question is, where is my daughter? - The animators who entertained the children answered absently - but not here ?? ? I was looking for a child all over the territory, I experienced terrible stress. They just don't care about kids!

Hotel 5* - ATTENTION - beach towels can be received and exchanged ONLY from 10:00 to 10:30 on Mondays and Thursdays!
Good experience only from the pool, sea and massage. The food was satisfactory, there was a decent selection of dishes, ice cream, fruits. The kids enjoyed the evening children's discos.
We still have a lot of questions to the hotel and its staff. This is a "three-ruble note" and nothing more. I love to travel, but I have never met such a disgusting attitude and service anywhere. It was the first time in Turkey, and, apparently, the last.
