Отвратительный отдых! Disgusting vacation!

Rested with my husband and a child of 6 years in this hotel! Not the first time in Turkey, but I went with a child for the first time and of course I chose a child-oriented hotel, which I later bitterly regretted! everyone advised Alanya. . . The hotel is far from 5 * maximum is 3 *!!!! ! We arrived at the hotel at 11 am (some arrived at 5 am) by 5 pm no one was settled. . . Not only was the flight extremely unsuccessful, the child did not sleep for a day, but also in the hotel no one was especially eager to help! As a result, at 18.00 pm I almost prayed and (lo and behold) they gave me the keys to the bungalow (although we ordered the standard in the main building), which was also sooo far away! But this is still half the trouble, the main thing is that we were not alone in the bungalow! All night I caught ants on myself, and my son saw a lizard before going to bed.... Our room was changed but only after another day! And it turns out that they are the norm! The hotel is actually selling more rooms than they have!! ! There is not enough staff, for 7 days we have never changed our linen !! ! Cleaning in the room is just not there! although the tip was always left! As for the food, I was in total shock. . September is the most fruit season, of which there was only watermelon green apples and sometimes grapes. Melon (just grass) and peaches were 2 times! no children's menu! more precisely, there is only in the evening, and this is pasta and spicy meatballs from soy meat! Even adults don't enjoy eating! In a word, the hotel is not Ganita but Gavnita!!! ! I highly recommend not going there! Better pay extra and go to Kemer!!! !
