Here I see some positive reviews about the hotel. And I want to write the whole truth, no matter how bitter it may be.
The hotel building itself is good, the territory is small, there is little vegetation, although being on the territory of the hotel and not comparing with neighboring ones, this is not so striking. Since the hotel is located in the backyard of the Dolphin, and the latter likes to fry kebabs and kebabs for his tourists just behind the hotel building from Muqarnas, in the evenings you have to inhale not fresh air, but smoke.
The food was very disappointing. Monotonous, not tasty, the choice of meat is limited - fish and chicken, sometimes veal. Solid semi-finished products (frozen potatoes, meatballs). It is better not to take ready-made salads - they are absolutely not tasty. Why translate products like this is not clear. From fruits, watermelons, sour apricots, sluggish oranges and for some reason lemons, sometimes melon, but also absolutely not tasty. Juices are pure chemistry. It is better for children not to drink such poison. From alcohol only body beer, vodka, gin tonic and some chemical cocktails. Red wine is disgusting. White was in the hotel for only a couple of days, then ended. Baking sour or raw, before choosing something edible, you need to try everything. In general, they clearly save on food. The dishes are dirty. Glasses for drinks are washed as follows: the bartender pours water into a glass from the tap, pours it out and immediately puts it on a tray with "clean" glasses, it is better to drink only from a straw. The dining room is heavily air-conditioned, so don't sit under them, you might get sick. Coffee in the hotel is only in one place - in the bar in the lobby, everything else can not even be called a coffee drink.

There are not enough sunbeds by the pool. Strained with umbrellas, vacationers drag them from each other until they see. Umbrellas are not stable and constantly fall from gusts of wind. Beechboy was seen only 1 time when he dragged an umbrella from one vacationer to another, after which there was a scandal. Mattresses are dirty, clay pots with garbage near the sun loungers do not consider it necessary to clean. The pool near the stairs to the dining room smells like sewage. On the ground floor we saw a huge cockroach.
After riding on the slides, wounds and abrasions appear (apparently that’s why no one rides on them) - the joints are very badly smeared, we have one friend, having rolled down, ran his foot into such a joint, after which a huge pool of blood remained at the slides.
For several days there was a strong storm at sea, but there is not a single lifeguard in the hotel, they don’t even know what a life-guard is and why it is needed. Even a warning sign stating that swimming is prohibited was not put up. The beach is pebbly and the pebbles are large, you can enter the water only from the pier.
This is the first hotel with such ugly animation. In the morning, lethargic and sleepy, they come out onto the bridge and begin their sleepy dance. For the whole vacation, I visited only the performance of Turkish dancers. It is impossible to look at how mediocre animators grimace. There are 10 of them, at the same time, everything is like a selection of mediocrity. I was in a hotel where there was only one animator, and he managed to do much more than these ten.
It’s not realistic to sign up for bowling, you need to queue up for an hour to sign up. Billiards only for children, the tables are crooked.
About vacationers. The main part is made up of Turks and Ukrainians. Music by the pool is exclusively local.
Number. The biggest plus is that the room is spacious. The windows overlooked the Botanic, the sea and the road - noisy, but with the windows closed it does not interfere. It's hard at night with the windows closed - for some reason the air conditioner did not work at night. I sympathize with those whose windows overlook the pool, after midnight the disco by the pool starts, with such noise it is probably difficult to fall asleep.
The Internet works ugly. The connection is constantly interrupted. ICQ didn't load at all. Despite the fact that they have three wi-fi points, none of them work properly even in the lobby.

And finally, the most unpleasant fact: after cleaning, we lost money and left obvious traces of the use of cosmetics. So keep everything in a safe.
We did not want to spoil our holiday, so we did not address a single complaint anywhere. But now I decided to write so that future tourists of this hotel would not consider it such a fairy tale, as they describe here. It is no different from most hotels in Turkey, only that it is newer and cleaner inside.
