We arrived at the hotel at 8 am. We filled out the forms and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we were immediately taken to our room. The room is lovely, clean, with an excellent TV (last year they did a renovation and replaced the TV with a plasma). I really liked the air conditioning system (central split system). Usually the system (I was in 2 dozen hotels in Turkey and Europe) drives warm or barely cool air, but here everything worked perfectly, much better than any individual air conditioner that drives the same air in the room. The room got a view of the sea and the neighboring hotel "Dolphin". Since we had a "lend view" we were pleasantly surprised and delighted by this circumstance. Still, I really want to see the sea from the balcony of my hotel. Thank you very much to the administrator for working with vacationers Daria, who makes sure that your stay in this hotel is as comfortable as possible. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and clean. 3 swimming pools (a huge central one - where 70-80% of vacationers spend time, a pool with slides for adults and children, and a children's pool). Private beach - 1st line. Enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The entrance to the water is coarse sand with pebbles (not the most pleasant). We preferred "bon" (accommodates 50-60 sunbeds, two showers, diving platforms, 4 entrances to the water). The food is very good. varied, meat, fish, salads, pastries (very tasty) in abundance (it must be understood that the economic crisis has reduced former opportunities, but this is practically not felt in this hotel). Fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches, excellent cherries, grapes, apricots, etc. WI-FI, surprisingly, works throughout the hotel (in the rooms) and even spoke on the beach (did not check), without any charge. True, it is difficult to call it particularly stable (more than 1000 vacationers, most with smartphones and other gadgets seeking to upload videos and sitting on Skype). The choice of drinks in the bars (taking into account the crisis) is good. There are Baileys and champagne and other spirits, but sometimes you need to specify your order. The hotel has great animation (although this is not our type of holiday). The main thing is that it does not interfere with the rest and is designed for both adults and children. I would like to express special gratitude to the owner of the hotel, who in these times of crisis managed to organize such conditions for recreation at an affordable price. The room was cleaned regularly, towels changed daily. In the mini-bar replenishment of juices, cola, water and mineral water daily. Water in the sea + 29 + 30С. Air + 35 + 38C. at night +30+33С. Very high humidity. The hotel is 98-100% full (to the eyeballs). The main contingent is Ukrainians - 30%, Poles, Turks (German citizens) and locals, Dutch, British, Kazakhs, Moldovans. There are no Russians (hotel policy), there are no drunks, so there are no "showdowns" either.
Rest were very satisfied. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their care and efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
