The hotel does not pull on 5 stars... I didn’t like the food: monotonous, there is no assortment of meat... the attitude at the reception is terrible: I struggled the whole day of arrival to bring a bed to a 7-year-old child (they put an arena : )... complete ignore ! ! !! ! The Internet is a separate story: it does not catch in the rooms and on the territory at all, it works only in the reception area . .
In your absence, the maids climb the bags . . and God forbid you have a bottle of water from your free mini bar there: they block the lock card - for unlocking - a fine. I have never seen such greed anywhere!!!!! ! And in my presence - 5 people were fined for water... Fu-fu-fu !!!
Beach - no: (I didn’t see a single lifeguard on the beach... at the pools, too... there is practically no territory: Step left - pool, step right - pool / amphitheater, straight ahead - path to the beach... Very noisy around the clock. From the lobby bar - the stench is unbelievable (apparently from the other side of the sewer). . . The only thing that draws on 5 * - the reception area / hall.
