We went with two families 2 + 1 (1.3 years) 2 + 3 (11.13, 17 years)
5th floor (last) Rooms 1556/1551.1551 Family room (3 children aged 11.13 and 17 + 2 adults) - two rooms of 10 square meters each 1 double bed, 2 single beds
Question: how to accommodate 5 people on 4 sleeping places? They deliver another rollaway bed - now you can only get in the room by jumping over the bed + constant sewer stink (bonus)
But luckily there is air conditioning.
In 1556, less fortunate, and there is centralized ventilation, attention: working on heating only. The temperature in the room is +27.6 - 28.1 (this is if someone is cold, you can warm up)
At the reception every day they fed breakfasts about some kind of rally of managers and turning on the ventilation for cooling, but this miracle did not happen in 10 days....

At the request to change the room (since we were with a one-year-old child) - the hotel is completely full. So if you have a full hotel, and not a 30% load, perhaps you can make your guests' stay comfortable?!?!?!
Well, the most gorgeous view from the window on the track, the movement on which does not stop from the word NEVER!
That is, you either suffocate with a closed balcony, or enjoy the incessant noise : (
Food: you won't go hungry/variety 0. Seafood -0. Fruits - apples/plums/pears/rarely bananas, grapefruits.
An intestinal infection in young children from 1 to 3 years old became a great addition to a luxurious vacation (besides ours, 4 more children came down with the same symptoms. These are the ones I know for sure)
Beach pebbles / large stones. It is very difficult to enter from the shore without special shoes (use pantone) With young children, using pantone is not realistic : (
There are no heated pools anywhere. Neither in the nursery, nor in the indoor....
The gym is in such a terrible state, everything is old, shabby, terrible....
I do not know why this hotel is credited with 5 stars?
