We rested at Mukarnas Spa Resort 5 * from 05/21/2019 to 05/28/2019. When checking in, the Turks tried to charge us an additional fee, supposedly for the best room (although we had everything agreed when buying the tour), but the Guest Relations Manager came - VALENTINA and all issues were resolved quickly... In the future, for all problems and questions (wi-fi, trips, etc. ) they turned only to her... and the rest was a success. SO MUCH - THANK YOU!! ! (highly recommend). . .
