About the number. The good work of the maids and waiters is perhaps one of the few pluses of the hotel (although the mini-bar was not always replenished). Fantasies after cleaning, as well as soundproofing - no reproaches.


Nutrition. You will not leave hungry and there is no variety either. Although the hotel is located off the coast of the Mediterranean, there is very little seafood - you can even say no. Fruit only, apples, plums, pears and sometimes a small amount of bananas. In general, in terms of food, the hotel does not pull further than 3 stars. Yes, there were a couple of theme nights (Mediterrian night, Turkish night, Kurban Bayram) in which the food was a little better than on normal days.
On these themed days, lamb was distributed in a restaurant not according to the “buffet principle”, as it came up and you were given a calculated rate. Meat does not taste fresh on certain days.

The list of alcoholic drinks is very limited and in general it consists of local drinks. For example, all wines are local, only Efes beer. Drinks are given in limits, as they gave coconut, they approached the bar and said "it's over. " In my opinion, in a five-star hotel (all inclusive), where guests pay a lot of money, there should not be the word “ended”. In addition, when you ask for alcohol, you are given half a liter of ice along with it.

Freshly squeezed juices are sold for 2 euros. Juice that is offered in the dining room, only Cola, Fanta, Pepsi, Schweppes and juices from powders (apple, cherry, etc. ). All this is disappointing.

During the meal there was such a case, during dinner they came up and wanted to take a piece of watermelon, they found that they cut the core of the watermelon and set it aside.
To our indignation, they said, “they say, this is for someone, and if it remains, we will give it to you” (interesting). I think all these facts are not suitable for a hotel 5 (all inclusive).

The work of bartenders is below the norm: they served, alcohol (local) in cocktails was spared. By the end of the day, when ordering, they gave incomprehensible cocktails (especially in the Pool-bar). At 12 o'clock at night, the lights are turned off in the Lobby (foyer) so that people leave and the bar closes. In my opinion, this is inappropriate.
