We rested in Noxinn on August 4-11. The hotel was recommended to us by a travel agent. We have 2 children, the oldest is 12 years old. Noxinn is one of the few hotels that considers a 12 year old child at a child rate, the rest are already at an adult rate. That's why they chose him. There was no time to read reviews before the trip (the trip was spontaneous). And I'm very happy about it. We drove with a positive attitude, in full confidence that a wonderful holiday awaits us. And so it happened. We arrived in the morning at 10. Yes, we were settled only at 14.20. But this is also spelled out in the rules of the settlement. We left the suitcase at the reception and spent the time before settling in the pool. I don't understand what some people are talking about. Our room was clean, cleaned every day. True, I'm not ready to move the nightstands in search of dust, and then make a tragedy out of it. The staff is friendly, everyone except the cleaners understands Russian. WiFi is good enough. The video call did not pull, but they called without any problems even from the beach. And the kids watched cartoons through YouTube. The food is excellent for me. Maybe someone at home cooks his own choice of 10 dishes, 10 salads, 15 desserts, many types of cheeses, sausages, olives, sauces, etc. . Of course, they will find the menu non-diverse). We enjoyed the food for a week. There is a snack bar on the beach. Fries, nuggets, burgers, vegetables. Very good location, near the sea. In the afternoon, water aerobics and something else for children (I don’t know what, maybe we didn’t get even once). In the evening, a children's disco, and then a program for adults. I really liked the foam party and the performance of African acrobats. Be sure to sign up for a photo session with a photographer who is located in the hotel, opposite the dining room. Such a good fellow, everyone we know and of course we are delighted with the photo. In fairness, I will describe the cons of the hotel. Of course it's a beach. Not suitable for kids due to unsuccessful entry and stones. The hotel set up slabs at a distance of 4-5 meters from the shore to isolate the place from the waves (pictured). So it turned out to be a place for bathing babies. But it's still not very convenient. But for teenagers - the pier is a joy. Our son could jump from it all day long. On the left there is a paid beach. The bottom is good, swimming is convenient. But I did not like the fact that it is located below the rock. I remember several high-profile cases when stones descended on vacationers. Therefore, once we went there for reconnaissance and did not go again. And the second minus that touched us personally. When we settled in, it turned out that the toilet drain was not working. They promised to fix it, but they fixed it only on the second day. And then, now the drain worked without stopping. They did it again. Probably because of this, it would be possible to make a scandal and ruin your vacation. But is it worth it? Once in the dining room, a situation was observed when a woman flew in with a child under her arm with a clear desire to scandal. Looking around the dining room with a keen eye, she began to yell (namely yell) "why THESE (bartenders pouring drinks) without caps? ". The receptionist began to say that bartenders and waiters should not wear hats. And in the cook's kitchen everyone has their hair tied up. Then she ran to the table, because of which people just got up and started another tantrum "why is the table dirty? " The argument that they did not have time to remove the table, because it was only released, did not suit her. She addressed the administrator exclusively "who are you" . And she continued her tirade about "what a mess they made. " I was ashamed of her. Too bad the hotel doesn't write guest reviews. . Is it really necessary to look for a reason for discontent on vacation? Otherwise, we had a wonderful week that flew by very quickly). Special thanks to Tui.
