The hotel is terrible to put it mildly. I stayed with my family with two children in August 2019. Initially occupied in a dingy amount overlooking a broken wall (although a sea view is stated), moved only the next day. The air conditioning in the amount constantly breaks down, the room was cleaned badly. In the bathroom there was fungus and the smell of sewage as ventilation did not work well. Usually you can eat only on schedule, everywhere and around all the huge turns, more or less normal meat is given a little and it is dosed (3 pieces in the hands of an adult and 1 piece in a child).
The same problem with drinks. Alcohol is only locally produced, which is almost impossible to drink (except for beer). Beer reached the limit often and you had to stand or run for a very long time to another place. So we bought wine and beer from local stores. Calling the sea in front of the hotel is disgusting, more or less normal calling about 300 meters from the hotel in one batch or another, due to the fact that you had to carry on the boat from the bar on the "beach", which is located at the exit to the sea.
The beach was poorly cleaned, there were plugs and plastic cups around. To receive and return towels on time too. There are three pools on the territory, all of them are not very big. As the sea is called bad and where it is normal - is there an opportunity to eat and drink, almost all guests relax near the pools. It is better to take the boxes near the pools before 9:00, as there will be no empty seats after breakfast. Slides (3 pieces) work according to the schedule of 2 o'clock in the morning and 3 o'clock in the evening. Children's animation is just any - a children's disco from 21:15 to 22:00 literally every day is the same - music and movements that the animators show. The prizes that are given to children in a children's disco are exactly the things bought by the parents of those children from animators during the day for 15-25 dollars. My children after the first evening, the second time they did not want to go.

Natural juice, cotton candies and popcorn are paid. In the evenings it is very burgundy, except for a hookah for $ 10, there is nothing. True, on the 5th floor it is an adult disco, but with a paid bar, almost no one goes there. The guests entertain themselves. The bulk of vacationers are representatives of the working class of Russia, Arabs and Turkey. Therefore, based on the foregoing, this hotel is not worth the money that is asked for it, you do not see each other on beautiful photographs and paid reviews. Worse or even I have not met the same hotel anywhere at the moment.
