I'll start by saying that we waited a long time for the number to be provided. They offered to pay extra, but they either did not understand us or did not want to understand us. Even before the trip, they explained the situation with my son (health problems, fatigue), but the reaction was zero. They provided a room on the -3rd floor with a view of the wall, after the indignation they offered a "calm" room with a view of the construction site. They asked for $200 to upgrade the room. Thanks to the manager Adam, who helped to get a room on the -3rd floor with a sea view for $ 50. The rooms are clean, comfortable, but I lacked a wardrobe (somehow not very comfortable when all your clothes hang in plain sight). Double bed and one single bed plus a sofa bed. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. The bathroom is of sufficient size.
This is where another problem arises that we have not encountered before: one key card for the whole family. You leave the room and everything is cut down, both the refrigerator and the air conditioner. The water in the refrigerator did not have time to cool down, because. most of the time you are out of the room. Well, the air in the room also did not have time to cool, if only at night. We had an incident with the map, we dropped it at the beach exit next to the guard. He, instead of giving it to the reception, gave it to some cunning "comrade" who said that it was his. Turning to the reception for a card, they heard: $ 10. Well, but to understand the fact that we can only pay them this amount by getting into the room, they are not able to. The TUI guide also waved us off. The guys from the store helped, next to the pool and that security guard, they called and agreed to give us a card for free. Thank them very much. The world is not without good people.

In the lobby, upon arrival, there was an unbearable stuffiness, as well as in the restaurant. By the end of our holiday, the situation had improved a bit.
The best part of our holiday was the sea! There are several beaches. The closest one is next to the beach restaurant, there is also a civilian toilet nearby. But it has its drawbacks: plates at the bottom. The bulk of the people go further to the pier. And yes, we liked it there. The shower next to this beach must be seen firsthand, words cannot convey (gander and village faucet). But these are trifles when the sea is clean and warm nearby.
The food is good, you won't leave hungry. But we are not happy, this is our subjective opinion (there are no comrades for the taste and color). I really liked watermelons, delicious pancakes (in previous hotels they were not edible). Delicious ice cream that you can take as much as you like. I wondered how you can ruin french fries and burgers, but it turns out you can. Sometimes it was not edible. They don't know how to cook fish, it's not tasty. Separate FU!! ! restaurant A LA CART. Well, if you don't know how to cook Italian food, let it be a Turkish restaurant with national dishes. All visitors to this restaurant go to dinner in the main restaurant, because, sorry, it's impossible to eat.
Before the trip, they reported that we had an anniversary of living together during this period. They were also informed about this at checkout. But they didn't want to hear us.
You can write a bunch more complaints about this hotel, but I will limit myself to this. This is enough to not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. For the first time we were burning with the desire to return home.
