If a dish ended at lunch, it was immediately replenished with a new portion, and two minutes of waiting is not a problem for us. Regarding the queues. Yes, they were on some dishes, but mainly due to the greed for food of some vacationers who wanted to get several servings of red fish or fried meat steaks at once, which then still did not put in their stomachs and remained on the tables. . .
