The hotel is bad: the waiters are dirty (unwashed hands, dirty shirts), very arrogant, rude until you approach them yourself - they will never even look at you.
The territory itself is not bad, but the animation is zero: you can’t see the animators all day long (not counting the mini-club, since you have to take care of the children anyway and you won’t leave them yourself), every day the same competitions (I barely found where they are held) - even the music is the same
If you are in a hotel, then a man will come up to you at least three times a day with an insistent offer to go to the shopping center, a woman will come up to you three times and offer to have a massage, and a photographer will come up several times.
There is only one restaurant and that one is paid. The sea is very warm (29 degrees), the beach is mixed with sand and small pebbles (as for me, one thing is better).

The room itself does not roll at 5 * at all - this is a stretch of 3 *. We arrived together with my wife and asked to move the beds - moved on the third day (! ) After two additional visits to the reception. A couple of times it was that there was no water at all in the taps, although it appeared within 40 minutes. On the second day, the toilet began to flow (it did not flow to the floor, but simply the valve on the drain tank did not close completely); I told the girl about this at the reception - she promised to send someone, but no one came. After that, they went to bed in the evening, and in the morning he somehow came off on his own.
The contingent is 75% of Russian families, there are no young people at all. The rest of the people are 15% Ukrainians and others (Germans, Kazakhs, Poles, etc. )
Conclusion: the hotel is bad, I will not advise anyone.
