"Прекрасный отель" "Lovely hotel"

Good afternoon, we were in this hotel from March 30 to April 6. We went on the recommendation of the mother-in-law (the mother-in-law was 2 years ago) and was with us this time. What to say. The hotel is certainly not bad, the territory is green, well-groomed and comfortable, and wins at the expense of the territory. And the building itself, though old, but cozy and beautiful. This is where it all ends. Since the territory, in principle, is not large, older children can be allowed to walk without supervision.
The mother-in-law was very surprised by the service, but as it turned out a year ago, the manager of the hotel changed and, as a result, the service simply ceased to exist as such.
First, we went in a large group, scattered us around the hotel as they wanted. When asked to accommodate at least us (me, my wife and younger son) and my mother-in-law with my eldest daughter, they answered that they didn’t know anything and generally go to hell, you should have taken a family room.

Cleaning without a tip turned into a wonderful transfer of bed linen according to the "first barrack changes with the second" system, towels (used for 2 days) thrown to the floor for replacement were beautifully neatly folded on the towel shelf (probably thought that we had dropped them by accident), for hygiene products had to hunt for a maid (sometimes successfully), water was taken to the room at the reception.
Food. She is simply unique in the hotel, breakfast as always an egg + something else, lunch and dinner chicken + potatoes + pasta in the range (like fried, boiled, steamed). And in our check-in week, a certain number of people were poisoned, 1/3 of the hotel were awarded with excellent diarrhea. Ambulance and insurance clinics have earned good money (I think they have an agreement with the hotel, some poison, others treat : ))
The evenings at the hotel are simply "wonderful and fun", until 2 am the music of the disco club rumbles (there is simply no soundproofing), and after this fun begins the second part of the ores, obscenities and drunken brawls on the territory of the hotel (the police were called 2 times). The security guard (in a single copy, night) sits in the lobby hiding behind the reception desk and claims that everything is good and everything is fine, in Bogdad, as they say, everything is calm.
There is much more to write. Well, for the rest, it's up to you to decide to go to this "wonderful vacation spot" or choose something better.
