Family hotel. A lot of parents with children (mostly Russians) and elderly people (mostly Germans). There are no parties, not counting the animation in the evenings. After 23:00 nothing happens, everyone goes to sleep.
A definite plus is the location. Directly by the sea, first line. Nice green area of the hotel. Near the hotel is the village of Avsalar. The village is quiet with plenty of shops.
The staff is unfriendly, you don't feel welcome. They smile a little. Mostly brick faces, with a few exceptions.
To get a good room (with a view of the sea, not the road or the construction site), we, on the advice of the Internet, blew 10 bucks. And a nice room, even on the floor we indicated we were given : )

The room is large and comfortable. The door to the balcony provides good soundproofing, albeit incomplete. Water in the room is a bottle of 1.5 liters. They change every day. There is no overhead light, only a floor lamp and a lamp on the table, so in the evening it is twilight in the room. The shower is built into the wall. The plug in the bathroom is too small and drains a lot.
Not to mention the free unlimited Wi-Fi. To gain access, you need to ask for a password at the registry. The speed is 256 Kbps, which was very well enough even for Skype audio calls, so we didn’t need any phone cards to communicate with the house.
About 4 cats calmly walk around the hotel, some claimed that some of them had ringworm. I don't understand any of this, but cats are pretty shabby. They often rub against bars and restaurants on the street.
The beach is sand and pebbles. Not in the best combination though. Sharp stones often cut into the legs, not to the point of blood, but still very unpleasant. Very few beach umbrellas. If you didn’t get up before eight in the morning and didn’t run out to the beach to stake out an umbrella for yourself, then you will be left without a shadow, face to face with the dangerous sun. All umbrellas are old, rusty and dead with broken spokes. Cigarette butts, dried building foam, plastic cups are scattered on the beach. Attention! Giant boulders lie under the water. While swimming, you are constantly afraid to hit one or get your foot stuck between them.
No animation.
I heard that money was missing from someone's room, but, fortunately, we did not encounter this. Although the money, just in case, was always kept in a safe. But they constantly left a netbook in the room, right in front of the table, no one coveted it...
The food is monotonous, not very tasty. There seems to be a lot of things, but there is nothing to choose from. It's all over in three days. During lunch, you will not find a table with fire during the day. Even those that have already been released are simply dirty, the staff barely cleans them up.
Outcome:
More cons than pros. Choose another hotel better and you may have better luck.
P. S. Please don't think this is a completely bad hotel, there are many really bad ones in Turkey, this one is rather disappointing.
