Pros: beautiful grounds, the hotel itself. Close proximity to shops and cafes.
Minuses :
1. When checking in, they took $ 40 for the 6th floor (the view from the room is awesome), but they didn’t offer another room (free of charge), they dragged on until 14.00, although the rooms were free.
2. Safe! What fool fixed it on the floor in the wardrobe? those. you had to get on all fours to put something in it and take it, but what about the elderly, who are not easy to bend over? Plus a safe with a key! My husband had to constantly carry 2 keys: the first from the safe, the second with a huge metal keychain from the room itself. And where to put them on the beach or in the bath?

3. Food! in Turkey for the third time, I'm not picky about food. But already on the third day it became disgusting from the monotony. From fruits only apples and oranges. For 11 days they gave 1 time strawberries and 2 times apricots (and then only for dinner). There was not enough for everyone, they stood in line (they quarreled about who stood and who occupied whom). And in general, standing in line for food at this hotel was the norm !!! . To have a quiet dinner, they occupied a table for 30-40 minutes. Then, in order to get a piece of meat fried on the grill (which was given out piece by piece on a plate by the cook), they stood for 15-20 minutes. queue. The same lines were for pizza and pancakes. Now imagine what dinner could be if you figure out right away (as in Soviet times there was a shortage), where to take a table, and then queue for food, what to grab right away (otherwise it won’t happen later). I had to rush to the restaurant for vegetables, herbs and sweets. And on the street, stand in line for the grill, fruit and pizza.
Various sweets turned out to taste the same (soaked in sweet syrup), the only cake in the evening turned out to taste the same as the day before, only the cream decoration changed on top. There was no tea in the bags! Titan just stood with boiling water and tea leaves (I immediately recall the factory canteen). Then it turned out that tea bags were in the bar during the day. And we were already carrying bags in our pockets, so that later we could drink tea in the restaurant. There were very few meat dishes, cutlets generally tasted like soy. The fish was only once decent (large pieces), the rest of the days - an incomprehensible bony trifle.
I realized that the hotel decently saved on food and the whole atmosphere and beautiful territory were no longer so pleasing. Moreover, when buying 5 *, you think that everything will be OK for that kind of money.
The animation was absolutely terrible! Once having visited an evening performance that took place under the roof of an open restaurant (the tables and chairs were just moved apart), it became sickening at the sight of 3 animators who were just trampling around in a disco with vacationers (again I remembered Soviet evenings of rest in sanatoriums). The music was the same every evening (why change something? And so it will do! ). Animation for children is not more fun.
I really regret staying at this hotel. The next time my husband and I decided to take 3 * with breakfast somewhere in Alanya itself, and eat in a cafe. And then we will know exactly what we (not) pay for. And the beach and the sea are the same everywhere.
