Hello! I'll start a little off topic - we rested with Anex - a tour that did not solve our problems at all, of which there were oh so many. Therefore, I post a self-survival course (without the help of a tour operator) at the Renda Hotel. It all started with the check-in - the representative of the Anex-tour left us and another couple from Ukraine at the reception, without even finding out whether they would check us in or not. And then it turned out that there were no free rooms in the hotel and there was nowhere to accommodate us. More precisely, there is one double room where we were offered to live in four - two families unfamiliar with each other and live there together for 4 days. To put it mildly, we were terribly delighted with this prospect and expressed everything that we think about it. It is a pity that the English language is not able to express all our Russian thoughts. It will not be possible to communicate in another language - only the animator Jeremy speaks Russian in the hotel. Yes, and English is spoken by a couple of people at the reception. After two hours of disputes, we were offered two rooms, but in a different hotel, on the condition that we will eat in Rende. This hotel was located 2.5 km from Renda, that is, if you want beer or some water - hands to feet and run 2.5 km to Renda. For the figure, of course, it is useful, for the psyche not very much. In short, after calls to our homeland and to the Ukrainian Anex-tour and threats to demand money back from the hotel, after 6 hours we were settled in TWO!! ! separate and clean rooms, in which no one has obviously lived before. The representative of Anesk Tour did not come to us, although we called him 4 times. All Russian-speaking tourists had problems with check-in, and not only - yesterday, when we checked out at the reception, the Germans were sitting, who had not been settled for 10 hours.
The rooms turned out to be quite good, everything worked, there are no Russian-language channels, so you can’t watch TV there, the “Menu” on the TV is blocked - nothing can be configured, there are no hair dryers declared in the rooms. They cleaned more or less, we didn’t leave any money, but they cleaned it all the same normally, they even sculpted swans on their towels.
Meals at the hotel can be called "all inclusive with restrictions" - if you want to lose weight, then you are here. Without limitation, only vegetables and watermelons - everything else is strictly given to you on plates, even pasta and potatoes, they don’t give additives. The food is monotonous - there was rice every day, breakfasts were just disgusting. Meat and chicken were not every day, mostly there was inedible soybeans, and then with restrictions. But wonderful waiters worked in the restaurant - friendly and cheerful, respect to the guys! Alcohol is strictly limited and diluted, and if the administration believed that they drank a lot yesterday, then today they did not pour alcohol. And it's not about trying a Russian drink, a lot - it's more than half a liter of beer or 150 grams of vodka. The general manager of the hotel hates Russians and kept saying that we are alcoholics - since we are not enough, but the Norwegians avenged us - upon arrival they drank the whole bar in an hour (in the concept of administration), so when we left the manager said that Renda - this hotel is not for Russians and Europeans, but for Turks. By the way, we were the last "Russians" who left the hotel - at three o'clock in the morning even the administrator came out to see us off, apparently they were afraid that we would not leave.

The declared free beach turned out to be paid in fact - 5 lira per room, the disputes were useless.
But in spite of everything, the rest was wonderful - we made friends with the guys with whom we were almost settled together, went to a disco in Alanya, where the animator Jeremy (a wonderful guy) took us for free, the sea and the weather did not let us down either. A good Russian-speaking company picked up at the hotel - it was fun. So the hotel is not the main thing, but I would not advise you to go here.
