Good! I want to leave my review about Rosella Apart & Hotel based on my personal experience. We had to believe in the negative reviews in advance when we bought the tour, but everyone until the last hoped for the best, hopes, alas, did not materialize! . And immediately a claim to this operator too! A complete fraud - the tour was paid from June 4 to June 14 inclusive and initially we had a very good departure time, it turned out that we would have been at sea from 3 o’clock in the afternoon and 14 before 12 in the afternoon we swam , and we changed the departure time so that we spent the first and last day on the way - AND THE PAYMENT FOR 2 DAYS WENT TO SOMEONE IN THE POCKET !! ! Now about this hellish place - When we entered the lobby already at 11 pm local time we were no longer impressed, everything is old and shabby, leatherette chairs are torn, glass doors are dirty, the lobby is absolutely unfurnished, no greenery or flowers, an abandoned bar counter inside with piled rubbish, the territory (very tiny by the way) of the hotel at a second glance turned out to be even more disgusting already in daylight, everything is very old and not only subject to repair, but straight to demolition and rebuilding in my opinion. Next, at the reception, we were asked to wait a bit, supposedly the apartments went to check for well-being, as if it couldn’t be done in advance, by the way, only chef Rustem and the hostess of the hotel herself can speak Russian from the staff, and then the cook speaks with difficulty, but understands even worse , the hostess is more normal for communication, the bartender is only "thank you, please" and other completely on-duty phrases, the administrators are one at all zero, the second is like a bartender. Well, they waited for a short time for about 10 minutes, then they took me to room 302.2, building 3rd floor, right next to the elevator - THIS IS A Kick! The elevator worked around the clock and interfered with sleep and some kind of transformer was constantly rattling. Number of 2 rooms with a balcony, toilet-shower. The conder is not working (complained in the morning at the reception, the result was 0, pretended not to understand) well, it was not useful to us Thank God, the refrigerator worked, but the door closes poorly and is very dirty inside, the hair dryer is working, but uncomfortable, it works in the 1st mode hot air + a short cord from the wall and the button must be constantly held. Tip - if you want a neatly laid head, bring your hair dryer! There is a kitchen with dishes, but there is nothing to cook on (there are no tiles or other. appliances), the furniture is very old, chipped and shabby, on the balcony there is a plastic table and 2 chairs, also shabby and dirty, the beds were once covered with snow-white sheets and pillowcases, but from old age and washing everything is gray in spots, even very large ones (the child had a sheet in spots, even sorry for the detail, apparently from women's critical days), the towels are all variegated in general gray and with holes, they smelled of bleach in the same way, I even thought at first that they had not even been washed! the toilet bowl is yellow from plaque, the same sink and shower, on the walls and the ceiling in the shower room was moldy, the floor was tiled. Be very careful in the bathroom, I beg you! The drain in the floor and in the shower does not work well, so there is water on the floor, I fell! It’s already good that I, and not a child, badly hurt my arm and head, I came home with a blue hand. There are 2 built-in wardrobes in the rooms, in one there are hangers and a safe in the other, terrible woolen blankets and I didn’t even touch them with my hands, I disdained. Now about cleaning, in 10 days we wiped the floor in our room 2 times, by the way, the cleaners open the door, and then they leave and the door is not closed, it’s good that it doesn’t open from the corridor without a key, otherwise we came and went nuts! Towels, bedspreads and the sheets have never been changed !! ! cleaning consists only in sweeping the sand and filling the toilet with smelly liquid and that's it! and on the beds they take your own dirty linen and fold it into bows - everything is cleaned !! ! There is a built-in wardrobe in the common corridor and in it mixed with household chemicals and toilet paper, there were sort of like clean towels and sheets, so I impudently climbed in and changed everything myself 3 times! didn’t freak out and didn’t throw it out to the stairs, but it all returned again to our corner and continued to stay there, complained about this disgusting thing to our hotel guide - the result is zero !! ! Now about food - the food at the hotel is suitable for vegetarians and dieters, 3 times a day only herbs and vegetables in any form, everything that was not eaten fell back into cooking. Standard daily breakfast - boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers, fresh tomatoes, olives, dried jam, powdered milk, 5 types of multi-colored dry breakfasts, greens, feta cheese and cheese, bread, tea and coffee from bags in plastic cups, tea tastes disgusting like dried brooms, natural yogurt and nut sauce, fuchsia soy sausage! (like our cutlets or meatballs) everything is spicy but not salty, dinner from those products that were not eaten at breakfast and lunch were sometimes digested several times and an incomprehensible porridge was obtained on the trays !! ! for 10 days-3 times stewed chicken, very small pieces and almost only bones (apparently chicken), fish fillet of pollock or something from the herring family 2 times, cheap and with bones, grilled chicken fillet 2 times (2 pieces in hand), french fries 3 times, meat and fish products are issued personally by the cook in hand !! ! fruit-watermelon 3 times, sour plums s 2 times, rotten apricots 2 times and unripe nectarines 2 times. From baking only bread, for sweet 2 times they gave cookies in honey water, we managed to try only 1 time, from fruits we ate 1 watermelon and 1 time apricots. They brought trays of fruit and cookies only once, and whoever ate in the first stream got it, the rest licked their lips! There is almost nothing to feed children under 5 years old, we ourselves bought baby porridge and cottage cheese in the store for our daughter 3.7 years old. There were a lot of kids starting from 6 months and then right on the rise of all ages, they asked the cook in the morning to cook a small saucepan of porridge only for children, at least, in response, they completely ignored! There is no children's animation, only a chlorine pool, one is larger, one is small, and the TV in the lobby is only in Turkish, there are no TVs in the rooms. Adults entertain themselves as best they can. Girls who came alone eat vodka all night with a bartender and administrators and yell Russian pop music, who are more decent went to decent restaurants and spent evenings there, we personally walked with the child until late just around the city, it's completely safe! from 8 to 22 in the bar for free drinks (locally produced fanta-cola-sprite) as well as mediocre quality beer, nasty white and red wine. The sea is across the road, although it was pleasing !! ! Sun loungers on the beach $ 2 per day, but the beach is so dirty that our Black Sea coast in some places is just the Cote d'Azur! Now further, our hotel guide Evgeny from the biblio globe is neither fish nor meat at all, he came every other day and sat in the lobby for half a day, but he didn’t provide any help for 10 days at all! As I understand it, his function is only to seduce more people on excursions and that's it!! ! the next day after arrival we had a meeting in the lobby and all at once complaints about the hotel were expressed to him by someone from their company who flew in, so he sat scratching something in a notebook, but believe me, NOTHING CHANGED! The owner of the hotel came to dinner every day and brought a bunch of friends and relatives with her and they sat at the common tables only ate and drank all day, she also did not take any efforts to improve the quality of rest, apparently this is the norm for her! The Internet costs 7 days 7 euros, but catches only in lobio and then at a very low speed! Well, what else to say - In general, the darkness is complete, we are upset to visit such a viper for such money !! ! Outside the hotel, everything is fine, it’s worth going to Turkey more than once - BUT ONLY NOT TO ROSELLA !! !
