We stayed at the hotel with 3 adults and a 5 year old child.
Hotel:
In 2020, the hotel opened after a complete renovation. The hotel area is not big, but cozy. Lots of greenery. Pleasant music plays (“Alcoholic” and “Queen of the dance floor” you will not hear here).
Swimming pool with two slides and comfortable loungers.
The staff is friendly and helpful in resolving issues. Almost no one knows Russian, but if you wish, you can find it (the manager speaks Russian tolerably).
Wi-Fi at the reception is free but very weak. In the rooms and throughout the hotel is paid and quite tolerable. If you buy the Internet, then keep in mind that access works only on one device. Not one at the same time with the ability to switch (as we were told at first), namely one!
The bar is open until 22:00. From alcohol they drank only beer and white wine (pretty good). Water is available only in the bar (the supply of water in the rooms for 2 weeks has not been replenished even once).

The food is excellent, very varied, everything is delicious - meat, fish, delicious soups, a lot of fruits and sweets
Hamam does not work (due to the pandemic).
There is no children's animation. Three times a week evening show (songs, dances, magic tricks).
The center, main attractions and shops can be reached by bus (10 minutes drive). The fare is 4.75 lira.
Walk 7 minutes to Alanyum shopping center. Import market twice a week (Monday, Thursday).

Rooms:
We arrived at the hotel around 18:00. Booked a family room. First settled in a tiny two-room suite with a terrible smoky smell (nothing to do with the photo on the site! ). After dissatisfaction, they moved to a spacious two-room suite overlooking the street (2411). We wanted a room with a sea view, but it turned out that the location of our room was perfect - it’s quiet and the sun only touches in the morning, and the rest of the time it’s cool and comfortable. In the early morning you can hear the mullah and the roosters.
The room itself is quite spacious with simple furniture, a TV (never turned on), refrigerators (it was a little noisy at night). Large balcony with table, chairs and dryer.
The air conditioner in one of the rooms worked as a fan (it did not cool), and in the second it worked adequately. Saved by an open interior door.
Cleaning daily. BUT! For some reason I clean up after dinner (at 15 o'clock). At this time, the child is sleeping. We had to refuse cleaning and ask at the reception to clean while we were on the beach. At the same time, the maid every day stubbornly burst into the room at 15 o'clock and woke everyone up.

Beach:
Walk 3 minutes to the beach. For hotel guests, the White in white beach is free (the bar is really very expensive). On the beach there are wooden sunbeds with mattresses.
There is a sandy entrance to the sea and a pier. There are stones at the bottom.
The hotel does not provide beach towels.

A good impression was spoiled by a "blunder" with breakfast, which was prepared for us with us (we left at 2 am).

The contents of a rather large box: a piece of sour tomato and cucumber, three olives, a piece of sausage and cheese (also not the first freshness), a bit of grapes and two boxes of honey and jam, which it is not clear what to smear. No buns, no bread, no water. Ate only grapes, and the rest in the trash. Keep in mind and take care of breakfast yourself!
