Rested with my husband from 19 to 31 July 2015. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a specialist from a travel agency, who assured us that the reviews left by tourists on the site are not always true. Trusting her, we went to rest with peace of mind. I’ll make a reservation right away that we are unassuming tourists and we don’t pay much attention to old furniture, but that’s true about cleanliness. We rested in both 3 and 5 star hotels, so we thought that the declared 4 stars should correspond to this level, but, unfortunately, we were deeply mistaken. This hotel cannot be given two stars. I'll start in order. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were told to wait for check-in until 14-00. At the reception, stuffiness (the air conditioner does not work), dirt (during the rest, we never saw a floor washed or dusted there), dirty, shabby chairs, moreover, always wet from the fact that vacationers sit on them after the pool. At 14-00 they came up with a request for our settlement, to which we were told that there were no free rooms. After a small scandal, they gave us a room. The room (No. 122) was superficially cleaned, but there were no towels, soap, shampoo, and there was such a smell that she even began to suffocate. After my repeated appeal to the manager, we were still given a remote control for the air conditioner, and until the very evening we ventilated the room. There was no point in asking for another number, they just ignored all requests. I confirm the reviews of tourists that fungus and plums do not work in the shower. When talking with other vacationers, we realized that our room is still normal. Many did not have pillows, someone was settled 3rd in a double room with a bed on the floor (fortunately, the neighbors shared a mattress), and someone, two families, absolutely unfamiliar to each other, shared 2 beds. The hotel area is small, there are two swings on the playground, one of which was not functioning and not quite clean. Around the pool is still being cleaned, but not in other places, however, as in the hotel itself. Vacationers simply threw dirty towels and sheets into the corridor, changed the bed themselves if it was possible to find a clean one in their back room or on a trolley. For all the time they never cleaned the room, although we asked. Therefore, we bought the powder and washed the booth and the floors ourselves, which absolutely all vacationers did.
A separate conversation about the restaurant, if you can call it that. Dirty, torn tablecloths that have never been changed. It used to be that we were the first to come for breakfast, and on the table there were crumbs left from dinner. Even making a remark to the manager, the situation did not change in any way. The menu is meager: chicken or fish (of dubious taste), fried peppers or eggplant, you can take beans, corn or fried tomatoes as a side dish, as well as rice and sometimes noodles. From appetizers, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cut into slices or mixed in a salad with the addition of cabbage. At the sweet look did not stop at all, as we have a comparison with other hotels in Turkey, where it is served so beautifully and appetizingly. From fruits - apples, plums, not sweet watermelons, oranges. But what is most striking is the line at the restaurant, which gathers 30 minutes before its opening, and not because people are so hungry, but because if you come later, there may simply not be enough food. This was a shock for us, we have not seen this in more than one hotel. The dishes are not always washed, before you take them you need to carefully look. Drinking water is only in two coolers: one near the pool, and the other in the restaurant and this is on 6 floors of the hotel !!!! ! Therefore, I had to buy bottles of water in the store, and then collect them from the cooler in order to drink in the room.
On the eve of our departure, our acquaintances warned us that theft from the rooms was possible during the last days of our stay. And on the last night, at the beginning of the fourth, the husband went out of the room to smoke in the corridor, a woman approached him, they talked and parted. Literally five minutes after he entered the room in our lock, they began to pick the key, but a small heck prevented us from opening the door, which my husband closed for some reason. My husband went to open the door, and I quickly turned on the light, but there was no one behind the door, although it was already open. In the morning I went to the reception and asked for a video surveillance recording, to which they immediately told me that it was they who came, but they did not give an answer to my question why they ran away. We concluded that when they saw a married couple on the monitor near our room, they thought that apparently we went to the sea to swim and the room was free, but did not notice the moment when the husband and woman entered their rooms. But this is an opportunity to rob.

Now about the beach, it is small, but the worker cleans it all the time. There are few sunbeds, you have to borrow from 6 in the morning. The beach is sand with small pebbles, but there are no sharp stones - this is a big plus. It is not located on the territory of the hotel, but 100-150 meters along the footpath.
At the hotel, Wi-Fi is paid - $ 10 for the entire stay, a safe with a key, and not with a combination lock (which means there are 2 keys) costs $ 2 per day - we did not use it.
I wrote such a detailed review just so that no one else could be as fucked up as we are. It's a pity that your holiday was ruined by this "service". Before you buy tickets, listen to the reviews of other tourists. Don't waste your money. It seems to me that many vacationers will agree with me.
Yes, I forgot to write that the photos of the hotelier do not correspond to reality, in particular, the lighting of the hotel. The central facade is not illuminated at all, and along the path leading to the reception, only a few dim light bulbs are lit. One gets the impression that you are walking through the basement, so gloomy and boring.
