The hotel may not be bad, but my friend and I did not manage to settle in the same hotel. so the security guards put me out very aggressively from the territory of the Saphir Hotel, seeing a bracelet on me from another hotel (Senza Inova Beach), and at the reception they didn’t protect us either, they didn’t even allow me to meet my friend on the territory of the hotel for money, and she was with a small child ! I had to disguise myself and enter the hotel illegally just to talk and chat! No one expected such an attitude, we planned this meeting for so long, because from different countries (she is from Lithuania, and I am from Russia). On the last day, I was again seen by the same guard who started a row on the first day when they kicked me out, and not only began to shout rudely, but even pushed me! Only lack of time stopped me from contacting the police! Vacation was completely ruined!
