Rested from 8 to 19 May 2010. Initially, the impression of the hotel was spoiled by the notorious Anya at the reception, who then continued to spoil it every time she was contacted (none of our requests, such as bringing a rag, calling the master to the room, or something like that, did not find a response). When our ceiling in the toilet began to leak, the Turk immediately offered a new room on another floor, and Anya DAY! ! she treated us - it suddenly stops flowing ! ! We settled instantly, the room was nothing special, at night we realized that the exclamations coming from the mosque would spoil our sleep a little, although after 3 days we didn’t hear them anymore. Everything worked properly, and the soundproofing was also normal. More interfered with the construction, which was next to the hotel and the monotonous songs of a nearby disco. We were satisfied with the food: meat daily and different (fried, grilled, goulash), fish not very good, but also every day, a lot of vegetables in different interpretations, all kinds of cheeses, a diet table of boiled vegetables and meat, I would especially like to mention cakes from sweets , they are simply excellent, and so, everything is quite simple, but tasty. The daily evening dish from the chef was also pleasing, but it was a long wait, the portions were carried by the waiters in some order known only to them. The animators are not annoying, we liked the children more, they really work, and it was clear from the children, the adult animation is a bit vulgar, but we didn’t go to it, we didn’t participate in games by the pool, because the time of their holding coincided with our stay on the beach. The disco is terrible, she herself was not, according to her husband and other vacationers)) Great green area, clean beach (we really cleaned it), the course in the sea leaves much to be desired, a good children's town, there were very few people, so there was enough space for everyone , but in the high season there will be something terrible going on both on the beach and in restaurants. Just before our departure, there was a big check-in, and there were already queues for food, and rather big ones. Very clean pools, absolutely no smell of chlorine or anything like that. Friendly staff, always smiling, saying hello, etc. In general, the staff worked: something was constantly washed, cleaned, watered. The room is cleaned daily without a freebie with a change of towels. Between the neighboring hotel and Sapphire, there is some kind of rivulet, and so it makes a little stink. In general, a good holiday for the money we paid in May. It's not worth more. And in the season I advise you to look for something else. Sapphire is good when there are no crowds.
