We rested at SAPHIR HOTEL from April 28 to May 7.2011 with my wife and daughter (21 years old). In Turkey for the first time, before that we were 3 times in Egypt (Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Taba). We really liked it. More details:
Transfer: We flew from the company Pegas-Touristik - Transaero Airlines - from Sheremetyevo at 5-50 am on April 28.2011. We flew on time and flew perfectly. In Antalya, our board (which is 499 people) was met by 2 columns of buses - Tez Tour and Pegas. We were seated in an organized manner on buses and we went to Alanya in our bus. The meeting guide, Yulia, told us all the way about Turkey (thanks to her, an excellent, soulful guide). We drove for 2 and a half hours.
Hotel: We were quickly settled - the room was 2323 - from the outside of the hotel (with a view of Konakli and a construction site under the balcony of the 3rd floor). We wanted to change the room, but changed our minds and did not regret it - in the mornings and evenings, especially late in the evening Konakli (although the mullah annoyed in the morning from the mosque almost opposite the hotel, but they got used to it after 2-3 days and didn’t pay attention), and inside the hotel there were continuous revels all night and music. The hotel area is simply gorgeous, very green and beautiful. And the roses were awesome . Sight of the hotel-speaking parrot Sammy-Senya-Kesha. Chatterbox-speaks mainly Russian (watch the video) The safe is rented for 2 bucks per day-the hotel is not responsible for documents, money-I advise you to take a safe and relax in peace.

Meals: I didn’t like breakfast. There were almost no scrambled eggs, only pancakes, boiled eggs, sausages, cheeses and pastries. Liquid chocolate is just waste, very tasty. always, fish, shrimp. From fruits, oranges, apples are very tasty (everything can be freely taken out of the restaurant). Strawberries on the market were 2 bucks per kg. - but not sweet. 30 to 24h. in the bar, white and red. The beer is also not bad. We didn’t drink strong alcoholic drinks. The first 3-4 days they gave good Amaretto in the bar, but after the hotel was completely settled (May 2-3, more than 2.000 people) stopped.
Service: Everything was stress-free. No one was rude anywhere, towels were changed every day and the bedding seemed to be cleaned every day too. Not every day they left soap and shampoo, but you could go up to the cleaners and say to give and they always gave. They made beautiful swans out of towels.
Sea-beach: The weather was 25 in the afternoon (as in central Russia 35), at 22 pm it was 21 warm, the sea, like in summer on a river, is cool, but not cold and everyone swam (it’s cool to enter, and then it’s normal) True, after 2-3 meters deep and the wave was a couple of days. Towels in the Spa give a deposit of 5 bucks per person for the entire stay. The sunbeds were free. .
Animation Entertainment: We saw most of the animation in Egypt and especially didn’t like anything. and 80 percent from Russia. There were Germans, British, Poles, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Turks and Moldovans (a little).
Excursions: We did not go anywhere - all tours became expensive due to the high cost of gasoline - 3 bucks per liter. To Alanya - 12 km. -18. True, in Konakli it is cheaper from private companies by a lot, the tour guides take it for themselves. I advise you to take trips in the market, all medical insurance is valid everywhere, although the guides are scary)

Shopping: It is better to take leather in a shopping center (Konakli market opposite the hotel - across the road - we took it in Apache - not for advertising, but we liked it) - much cheaper than in those centers where tour operators take Optima, etc. (guides they have from them) and it’s expensive and almost never traded, and their exchange rate is dollar to ruble for 1 dollar -35r . . At the market we bought excellent leather jackets: men’s 200, women’s 300 dollars (need to bargain with the Turks, you say, I’ll buy I don’t have 200 or more, you have to bargain for every dollar and they are inferior to reasonable limits). . The goods are of high quality - both leather and textiles - we ripped the jackets and checked them later at the hotel - is it not a substitute - is it not - everything is natural. BENCH sweatshirts - from 30 to 50 bucks (depending on the material, model and how you bargain)
We left on May 7 at 17 o’clock, checked in at 12 noon and swam in the pool (things were given to the storage room at the reception for free) We arrived at the beginning of registration, quickly went through everything and flew out almost on time (15-20 minutes delay) at about 22 pm- flew with Transaero excellently in 2 hours 45 minutes.
The vacation was a success. I really liked the hotel. We advise everyone to go there. This is the best "four" in Alanya. I post photos and videos. Thank you to everyone who read my long review about the hotel. I will answer all your questions.
