Our plane arrived at 8 am, I was worried that after a long flight it would be difficult to drive for almost 2 hours, but the road was easy and pleasant. The guide entertained us all the way, we stared around, it was cool on the bus. The mood is excellent.
We arrived at the hotel at 10.
They took our documents and sent us to breakfast. We were seated immediately after breakfast. Everyone we met upon arrival, and after that they always smiled at us and were ready to solve all our problems, we really didn’t have them)
We bought a ticket with accommodation in a standard villa and I think that we did the right thing, despite the fact that our wonderful room almost overlooked the pool and the fountain because of the greenery, it gave the impression of privacy.
The room is very clean, beautiful, the balcony can safely be called a small terrace. We lived on the 1st floor, the entrance to the room is separate.
The room has a refrigerator with a bottle of water, every day they brought us a new one, a TV, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe for a fee, air conditioning. I was very pleased that the lighting could be adjusted to your taste (for example, when a child sleeps, make it smaller), as well as, of course, the view.
The hotel has 2 large swimming pools and a small one for children.
We were mostly on the second one, which is next to the villas, despite the fact that there are many vacationers in the hotel, there was no feeling that you were surrounded by a "crowd". It was almost always possible to find a place. The second pool and a small one are nearby, so the child periodically changed his "place of residence".
On the "first" pool every day there was an entertainment program, a bar is open and we came there several times and had fun with other guests. Thanks to the animators and the DJ with his incendiary music. It was really fun.
Separately, it should be noted the fountain, in the evening it was colored, which made the child incredibly happy, another pleasant moment of relaxation in Sapphire.
Going out to sea is really not very successful. During our holiday, the waves were all the time, but it was very pleasant to swing on them. The sea is the sea.
The beach at the hotel is very large, and there is also a pier with a slide, which is undoubtedly a plus for those who like to dive.
Also on the beach every day, those who wished to play volleyball with great pleasure.
Separately, I want to note the hotel park, it is both large and small at the same time, a kind of golden mean. Beautiful. In general, the territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, despite the fact that there are many, really many tourists, many secluded places, benches, beautiful bushes and flowers.
Food, we were satisfied, a large selection. Lots of "simple" food, which was a big plus for us personally.
Separately, I want to say about the spa salon. We went to the program, sauna, hammam, then my husband and I made a mask, gave us delicious tea, and then had a wonderful massage.
At the same time, our daughter was with us all the time.
I was massaged by a girl from Thailand, Niya, many thanks to her, the massage was an unexpected great pleasure for me on this vacation.
Both the program and the massage were paid separately, in my opinion only the sauna is free.
Now about the animators. First, we discovered a mini-disco, for those who come with children, this is almost a mandatory item on the program. Our daughter still remembers how she went to the "concert". The girls working in the mini club and leading the disco Zhenya and Victoria are just great!!!
After the disco, there was a mandatory presentation of "trophies", the presenter had a separate approach to each child and this can be considered almost a separate show.
I also want to write that we, adults, really liked the performance with balloons, I don’t know how to call it exactly, although we have already been to the performances of animators in our city more than once, the young man who led this show with balloons simply blew us away. I liked it very much. My daughter also got an "exclusive" ball, which gave her pleasure.
We discovered the miniclub itself only in the middle of the rest, but all the time my daughter went there with pleasure, so many thanks again to the girls who work in it))))
