PROS:
HOTEL TERRITORY: small but beautiful, clean, well maintained, very green, well zoned. First line. Sea across the road. There is a hammam on the territory, we used it for an extra charge, we liked it, the girls did bath procedures and massages with high quality.
The pool is large with enough sun loungers. There are two children's pools and a slide.
There is a summer terrace with drinks and a confectionery, it's nice to spend time there.
For evening events, a separate area, I also liked it. There is no animation in the hotel, but in the evening music, drinks do their job)
BEACH: not bad. Umbrellas, sunbeds for free, there is a bar on the beach. Entry into the sea is sandy and pebbly, there are stones, but you can do without special shoes. The sea is beautiful, very salty and very warm.

FOOD: not great, but you won't stay hungry, you can choose something. Chicken every day, in large quantities for dinner, garnished with potatoes, rice, spaghetti, baked vegetables. A couple of types of soup, fresh vegetables, greens... pastries. Cheeses, olives, eggs, breakfast cereals. . . Of the fruits, there were only apples and watermelons. There was fish, but did not like the taste.

CHECK-IN: We arrived late and were seated right away. They settle in a deliberately bad room in anticipation of a surcharge. They gave us in building B, the last floor. Noisy, stuffy, small room, it is impossible to sleep in it, no matter how we tried. I had to go to the reception at night, ask to change. They refused to change at night. Changed nevertheless, but after lengthy persuasion, to a room on the 1st floor of the same building, at no extra charge. They gave me two rooms to choose from. The rooms are very tired, with old plumbing, dirty. Perhaps a surcharge would solve the problem. But. . . It's a matter of principle. . . The TV doesn't work, but we didn't need it. Air conditioning and hair dryer worked. Towels were replaced when cleaning the room, soap, shampoo were available. There can be no question of any view from the balcony (I am writing about those rooms that we were offered). There is no place to dry wet things, they adapted as best they could (on the balcony on chairs). In the shower, there is nowhere to put a soap dish, shampoo, etc. when you wash yourself.
FOOD: I didn’t like the fact that during the pandemic, the buffet was kept and vacationers themselves (with the exception of individual dishes) serve food (sometimes with their hands, not appliances), sniff jams, sauces, touch pastries, choosing themselves better, etc. This is more a matter of vacationer etiquette.
BEACH: you have to go to it through an underground passage, which often smells unpleasant.
In general, if it were not for the terrible room and the indifference of some (not all) of the staff, it would be normal, but the impression of the settlement left a residue. For a reasonable cost of the tour you can go. Once in this hotel was enough for me, I would not return again.
