Let's start in order. . . We arrived early in the morning, we were accommodated pretty quickly. Settled in a room with the SMELL OF SEWER, which of course we immediately refused. Then they gave us another room, a little better. Very surprised frank dirt in the room. In the shower, it was possible to wash only in slippers, and throughout the room they went only in them.
Room cleaning is carried out according to the mood, and you can’t call it cleaning. The floor is wiped with a barely damp cloth, the shower cabin is rinsed with water, the towels are changed, and the nightstand is wiped with OLD TOWELS!!!!
You can’t call the food the most diverse, as well as the choice in the bar, but still it’s a three-ruble note, we didn’t expect anything supernatural. But an unpleasant surprise was waiting in the kitchen: a ROCKET ran right across the table with food, I almost lost consciousness right there)

One sunny day, we returned to our room from lunch and found that a professional camera was missing from the room. It did not fit in the safe, so it was in the closet.
The circumstances are most interesting: the door was not forced open, it was closed, as was the balcony. All vacationers were with us at dinner and before that on the beach, that is, only the staff remains. We called the police, who, by the way, WERE WAIT FOR 2 HOURS, but the local police rather resembled animators - they depicted violent activity in all its colors.
for the first 30 minutes we were convinced that we had lost it ourselves, then they offered to write a statement against a SPECIFIC SUSPECT, but if they did not find a camera on him, our suspect could sue us. SIMPLY ABSURD!
Then they began to check the recordings from the cameras - and oh, a miracle, it was at this time that ALL the cameras turned away from our room.
Fingerprints were taken for pro forma, after which it was announced that they did not exist at all.
As a result, they drank coffee and left, but promised to return in 2 days. Which of course didn't happen.
The worst thing is not the loss, but the attitude: not a single person even tried to portray empathy or a desire to help. A separate character is the owner of the hotel. He did not even try to quietly and peacefully resolve the conflict. And the fact that we can ruin the reputation of his hotel is not important for him.

After the whole situation, our company wrote a statement that we demand to provide us with another hotel, since it is scary to stay in this. 8 people signed the paper, there was almost a strike))) But this did not bother the tour operator.
