I do not recommend it - it does not meet the stated 5-star level.

On the positive side: we arrived at the hotel at 9 am, they immediately gave us bracelets and offered us to go for breakfast (although check-in is from 2 pm and breakfast was not included in the price of the ticket). The restaurant is located on the top floor, has 2 terraces with a wonderful view of the city! There is a lot of food, drinks under the Ultra All Inclusive system were also imported. The food was tasty, but often almost cold. That's where the positives ended. When checking in, if you are two people and ask for a second key, you are told that it is paid and costs 10 euros! And this is in a 5-star hotel? The safe and the Internet are paid - 2 euros per day. Moreover, the Internet is only for one device, if you want more, pay another 2 euros per day! We were there at the end of September, and from the fruits in the restaurant there were only red and green apples, sliced oranges, green and sour tangerines. During the entire time, there was only watermelon for a few days. And that's it!! ! And this is during fruit season! The sunbeds by the pool and on the pier are new, beautiful, they are wiped down every morning. But on the beach, it seems like the sunbeds have seen tourists since the days of the Scoop: old, dirty, some of the mats are torn. In the morning before the guests arrive, they just line them up, but no one even shakes the sand off them! And the plastic tables near the hot tubs are so dirty that it's disgusting to put drinks and snacks on them. A separate topic is the hotel guests (the hotel is not responsible for them, though). At least 60 percent of all guests are Russians, most of whom are usually called "Tagil": thick gold chains with huge crosses, they eat their fill in the restaurant and shout obscenities at half the restaurant, and in the evening by the pool they order "Magadan" and similar "works of "Russian culture". So decide for yourself whether it's worth going to this hotel.
