We rested at the hotel from June 24 to July 2 (8 nights), 2 adults and 2 children (7 months and 2 years 3 months). We flew from Kyiv with Anex-tour.
In general, we were more than satisfied with the rest and the hotel, as we knew in advance where we were going and read the reviews.
I will try to dwell in more detail on individual nuances, pluses and minuses.
Road:

1. In Kyiv, we were at the airport 2 hours before departure. Check-in, baggage check-in, passport control and the rest took about an hour. Having sleeping babies does not provide any advantage when standing in lines. The baby stroller was handed over right at the gangway. The plane took off without delay, food and juices are on board, there is no alcohol. Check-in at Antalya airport, passport control, baggage claim, visa purchase and baggage claim is easy and takes no more than 20 minutes. It took 2.5 hours by bus from the airport to the hotel, we stood in the middle of the road for about 20 minutes at a gas station (shop, toilet).
2. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am.
Official check-in at the hotel - from 14:00. The presence of crying babies and the offer to give money does not affect the receptionists in any way. Although at the same time, tourists coming after us (mostly foreigners) settled with a smile and honors within 20-40 minutes after arrival. Anex tour guides, who are constantly at the hotel from 9 to 19 (20) hours and watched our "torments", never approached us and did not help in the settlement, although the guides of other tour operators personally met all the visitors and assisted in their early settlement. After a small scandal, we were eventually settled at 13:30 in a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the track. At the same time, it is not known where the free rooms came from ...
3. We liked the room, because the road with cars passing along it was very clearly visible from the balcony, and the son could not leave the balcony for hours, watching various vehicles.
Of the toiletries - only 3 round small bars of soap and toilet paper. The light and electricity in the room are turned on only when the magnetic keychain (which comes with the key to the room) is inserted into a special hole. On the very first day, we disconnected the key fob and did not remove it from the hole, but carried the key separately. Beds and towels (for each guest) are clean. The room is cleaned every day, but we asked to be cleaned every other day (we left a dollar tip). Very satisfied with the service and quality of cleaning.
4. Food - above average. Of the fruits, there was a sea of juicy and sweet watermelons (we ate a year in advance) and oranges. I was surprised by the absence of melons, cherries, peaches, strawberries, which were more than enough on the market and at an affordable price. There was really not enough meat (soy sausage and cutlets get bored already on the third day).

Every evening, meat was cooked on the street (the queue was only the first 30 minutes of dinner, sometimes tourists stand for 10-15 minutes, we took our portion without a queue at 19:40). Fish and chicken - every other day. The food is mostly very spicy and specific, but every vacationer can find the right food for himself and stay full. There are a lot of sweets and for every taste. From free alcohol - beer (very tasty), red and white wine, vodka, brandy. Alcohol starts to be dispensed from 10:00 am. Diluted juices in the range (similar to the popular 15 years ago Jupi, Zuko and Invite) are very decent and can be found from 7 to midnight in many parts of the hotel. Bartenders sometimes refuse to give Russians 2 glasses of alcohol, citing "One person - one vodka", or they give rakia instead of vodka, although they are more polite and friendly with foreigners. Children of any age always have something to eat: milk porridge, muesli, pasta, soups, watermelons and sweets.
Our picky eater son was always full. In a restaurant, you can always ask for milk and boiled water.
5. The territory of the hotel, although small, is very well-groomed and picturesque. The entire staff is constantly busy with work, so the service is at a very high level. There is no trash anywhere. Near the sea there are 150 deck chairs (chaise lounges) and mattresses for them. At 8 in the morning there are almost no places (many people take sunbeds and do not rest on them). I got up at 6 in the morning, took the best places, and from 7 in the morning my family and I were already at the sea. It was frustrating that towels on sunbeds left unattended (for them at the reception at the beginning of the holiday we left a deposit of $ 8 for each, 5 returned upon return) can be stolen or carried away by other vacationers - so be careful. At the entrance to the beach on the left there is a mini-gym (5-6 units per leg and press). The toilets on the street are quite decent (1 right at the exit from the hotel and the second in front of the beach).
6.
I liked the water in the pool, almost no chlorine was felt, and the water is very clean. Sun loungers near the pool - 80 pieces, at 9 am everyone is already busy. There are not enough umbrellas for everyone. We were the first to take the best places at 6 in the morning and rested by the pool during the sun. The sea (very clean, without algae), or rather the entrance to it, was very upset. The width of the hotel's beach is 30 meters. On the left is a beach entertainment booth (diving, catamaran, scooter, parasailing, etc. ), near it the entrance to the sea is slippery. Almost everywhere the bottom is hilly stones. For 2 meters from the shore there is a sharp drop in depth from 30 to 70 centimeters, very inconvenient, especially with children. We recommend entering the sea to the right of the beach, 2-4 meters from the stone edge, there are no stones and in some places the bottom is even sandy.

7. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the Anex tour guides Ilyaz and Sahid. There is absolutely no help from them either during check-in, or during rest, or during check-out from the hotel.
Their main goal is to sell you as many expensive excursions as possible, information about which is greatly distorted by them. If you refuse to buy at least something from them or buy excursions not from them, rude rudeness begins, up to threats. They persuaded us with the whole family to go to the boar party. Instead of the promised 40-50 minutes by bus, we drove for 2.5 hours, while the driver got lost and we wandered through the mountains for 40 minutes. About 120 tourists rode at the same time on the catamaran, although it is designed for a maximum of 70 and there were clearly not enough seats for everyone. The promised super-fishing was just disgusting, 120 people were accommodated on a piece of land 100 meters away, most were given a hybrid of a stick and a rod, not all of them caught the promised fish. During dinner, they offered 3 courses and no one saw the promised wild boar on the grill.
I recommend going on such an excursion exclusively without children, and only to those tourists who have nowhere to throw money away and who are tired of drinking vodka in a hotel, but want to get drunk in nature.
During the entire stay and when checking out from the hotel, none of the guides came up, did not help in any way, did not ask if something was needed.
8. Prices in the hotel shops are too high. We also do not recommend shopping in Alanya - the choice is large, but everything is expensive and hot. Everything can be bought on the territory of the Konakli village itself (200 meters from the hotel and further - hundreds of shops). Here are the approximate prices: T-shirts - 4-10 dollars, towels - 5-10 dollars, cherries - 2-4 dollars, strawberries - 1-2 dollars, peaches - 1-2 dollars, melons - 1-2 dollars. Shops are open until late at night, we went for a walk after dinner from 21 to 23. There is also a small amusement park opposite the hotel, where children have a ride. The cost of 1 attraction is 2 dollars, they ride much longer than in Ukraine.
nine.

The animation was of little interest to us, but in general we did not like it. The animators were not particularly visible (before that, they rested in Kemer, so there really was animation, although it didn’t interest us there either), it seems that they came to relax here, and not work. There is a good mini-club on the territory of the hotel, the children are all happy, our children are too small, so we looked at the mini-club only from the outside.
10. Check-out - strictly until 12:00. We checked out at 12:30 - so we almost made a scandal, they say we grossly violated the rules of residence, hinted at a fine of 20 dollars. We were picked up from the hotel at 16:45 without delay. 4 hours from check-out, we sat under the air conditioner on the sofas at the reception. At the same time, we took turns swimming, eating, sunbathing - there are no problems with this.

Here are some more secrets and wishes:
1. The right elevator breaks down very often (especially when 4 or more people enter it).
2. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, there are never any queues and most of the tables are free.
Lunch from 12:30 to 14:00. The first hour, almost all the tables are occupied, finding seats is problematic. Dinner from 19:00 to 21:00. The most trump places are on the street (about 15 tables, not as hot as inside), but they must be occupied at least 40 minutes before dinner.
3. Always bargain, really bring down the price by 2-3 times.

I repeat, we were satisfied with the rest, because we knew where we were going. We recommend the hotel, especially to families with children (there were about 30 children from 6 months to 7 years old). We are very disappointed with the Anex tour, we will not fly anywhere else with this tour operator.
I'll post pictures a little later. There will be questions - write in a personal, I will answer everyone.
