In general, I liked everything, four of us went two adults and two girls 2 and 3 years old. upon arrival, they settled us in a bungalow, at first my wife and I were dissatisfied with the bar, which was opposite, too close. It only closed at 00:00. The next morning we asked for another room and there were none available. then they realized their mistake, compared to other rooms, the bungalow is just heaven and earth spacious, 2 minutes to the pool, 4 minutes to the sea. I liked the food in general, but by the end of the holiday it seemed monotonous. those who allegedly lacked meat complain in vain, from 11-17 a snack bar was open in which there was always something meat and Turkish cuisine was present (flat cakes with vegetables are just a miracle), and in the evenings they cooked meat on the grill. for children, the rest was fabulous, the animators Zara and Marketa were engaged in them during the day and in the evenings they entertained them with a mini disco, so that when they arrived at the room, the children fell asleep before they could reach the beds. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. the only negative is the attitude of the guides to us as suckers brazenly sold excursions that cost half the price across the road and at the same time swore and swore that they bear full responsibility for us, which, upon careful reading of the insurance, was not confirmed. wanted to go to Alanya to the market asked the guide Rustam how to go there, heard from him that it takes 40 minutes to go there in a stuffy and cramped bus, offered to take him for 40 dallars. Naturally, we didn’t listen to him. We left the hotel. We raised our hands. The bus that was going to Alanya stopped. They said the driver nodded to the market. As a result, the trip back and forth cost 8 dollars. conclusion, do not listen to the guides, they are stupidly cashing in on us, just talk to other tourists and they will advise what to do.
divorces from the anex tour were right up to the airport - we stopped at a special store for souvenirs with prices an order of magnitude higher than the prices at the bazaar.
Summing up, I want to say that we liked the hotel, a lot of family vacations, and the service is up to standard, and clean, and the territory is cozy, guests are entertained with water polo, darts, beach volleyball, competitions by the pool, etc. Mostly Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Germans and Turks themselves rested in the hotel. As you understand, the Germans will not go to a bad place. We are planning to go to Egypt next year, and in a year we will return, possibly there. And maybe in the top five somewhere in Side (if there are grandmas)
