Family hotel. We arrived at 12.30, left our things at the reception and went to dinner. Checked in at 13.30 in the room on the first floor. The room was clean but smelled musty. We told the manager that we did not like the room, and in return (at no extra charge) we were offered a cozy room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard, restaurant and pool. We talked with tourists from the neighboring hotel Turtas 5, they had 1 Russian channel, we had 4, but there was no time to watch. Another huge plus is constant hot water in the shower. In many hotels in Turkey, the water is still "warm" only after lunch.

We bought a tour in February at Asrin Beach Hotel 4. For unknown reasons, the hotel could not accept tourists and the host offered the Inova Beach Hotel 4 (no surcharge). At the beginning of the month, there were many tourists in the hotel (many of which were those who bought a tour in Asrin Beach), so the food was very good and varied. By the end of the month, the hotel was very empty, and the food began to be monotonous.

Regarding meat: meat was given every day (beef, lamb, chicken), shawarma, chicken cutlets (very tasty), baked chicken fillet with seasonings, meat with vegetables, barbecue. 2 times gave the liver. The plov was excellent. Everywhere we have been in Turkey, even in restaurants, such delicious pilaf is not made anywhere. Soy sausage (4 types), cheese (3 types), fried fish and fish rolls, a lot of greens and vegetables, Turkish sweets. In the evening on the street near the pool they made pancakes, baked apples in dough.

I liked the service: the room was cleaned every day (once they forgot to remove pajamas from the bed, so they made a bed for us and made flowers out of pajamas). There is no theft among the staff, everyone is friendly. The staff in the restaurant quickly and in an organized manner brought cutlery and cleaned dirty dishes. (By the way: we returned to Krasnoyarsk, went to a restaurant. We ordered pizza, tortillas and a salad. They brought it when ready. We ate the salad, set the plates aside.
We ate cakes - plates there too. Surrounded by dirty dishes, they sat and waited for the bill for 15 minutes. There was no mention of any tips! Then for a long time they remembered the staff in the restaurant of the Inova hotel with a kind word).

No animation! There is nothing to write about this issue. At the neighboring hotel during the day, some events were constantly held, music played, there were competitions. Our animators will put on one disc with music, so he plays the whole vacation, and you already know what song will be next.

About hotel guides. Nice young people, a little intrusive, but that's their job. We traveled many times from street agencies and from hotel guides Anex Tour. There are tours where the difference in price is palpable, but there is where it does not differ. For example: Pamukkale 1 day at Anex Tour cost $ 65 (The food is always good regardless of the excursion. The bus picks up tourists from only one village, it takes 15-20 minutes), and at a street agency $ 40 (+ $ 20 for entrance, total 60 $, "-" disgustingly fed 2 times!

The Anex Tour cost $65, they immediately warned that they would bring them to Aspendos early so that they could get seats closer to the stage, because the seats were not listed on the tickets.
