Реально классный отель!!! Really great hotel!!!

Hello fellow tourists! Just arrived from this hotel yesterday and really want to write a real review about my stay in Zen!! ! Despite the small flaws and shortcomings in this hotel, it is really cool and very superb! And this is true, based on the fact that it opened only this year!! ! The check-in made me very upset, because, as a previous traveler wrote, they began to offer us another hotel for a while, etc. , but we were very lucky - our friends, who arrived there 12 hours earlier, were temporarily settled in a two-story family room , and we insisted on being hooked to them, which as a result turned out !! ! They compensated us for the inconvenience with wine and fruit in the room... And the four of us lived the entire holiday. And the reason for this behavior of the staff turned out to be very simple - some kind of Turkish conference was held at the hotel and, of course, the priority was to accommodate the Turks who arrived....I think it's not a secret for anyone that in any country they would have done the same....
The food is very tasty and varied, we didn’t try everything for all seven days, the meat is simply incomparable, especially the grilled turkey meat - it’s divine!!! ! Many tourists complained about the food, but YOU SHOULD NOT COME AT THE END OF BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER!!!! ! Moreover, in addition to the main restaurant, mini-bars with food worked 24 hours a day: both in the hotel and on the beach !!! ! I would especially like to mention tortillas with cheese and french fries, nuggets - you can only overeat with them, they are really delicious!!!!
Alcohol - well, everyone has their own opinion here....Personally, I liked everything that I drank - beer, tequila, Pina Colada cocktail and Sex on the beach; martinis and wine - so-so, but you can drink, we didn’t drink stronger drinks (rum, whiskey, crayfish, etc. )....

The beach - well, yes, a little unfinished, but there was absolutely no problem in sunbeds, the beach was cleaned every day and all the time, and if cups were lying around somewhere, then it was the fault of redneck people... The bar worked perfectly, toilet, shower, etc. . everything is there and worked all the time..... For me - there was not enough sand....And so I lay down on a sunbed under the sun and get high on your health)))) Also there are tents for those who do not want to sunbathe... By the way, you still have to walk to the beach, well, in my opinion, you can walk 200-250 meters with pleasure and with a glass of beer))) For the especially lazy and picky, the bus from the hotel was constantly taken there, but we never used it.
The water park is the theme! My girlfriends practically did not climb out of there, the slides are awesome !!!!!
The sea - what can be said about the Mediterranean Sea - just a buzz!!!
The hotel seems huge, and all seven days we were sometimes confused about the floors - where everything is))))) There is a problem with the elevators - they constantly broke down, but we found a great way out - we rode the service elevator, which worked around the clock)))) Very clean , nice and comfortable!
The room was generally buzz - everything is new, clean, towels changed every day! I don’t know bed linen - I didn’t even notice....
In my opinion, the animation was at a good level, but there were not enough discos, but more... There were some shows every day and they danced around the pool, but everything ended quickly, but we wanted to continue the banquet... But at the same time, we didn’t it was boring, because every day new acquaintances and gatherings in bars and in the hotel lobby, mafia games, cards, etc. It is especially cool to communicate with foreigners, a "universal" language of communication is being invented)))))))

Service!! ! This is a separate issue altogether! I must say right away - bartenders, waiters worked like bees, they were always friendly, helpful and sociable !!! ! Just during our stay, there was one incident - there was a fight between a bartender and a tourist... There are a lot of stories and discussions everywhere on this topic, but in this situation the redneck tourist was wrong, and this is putting it mildly....Rudeness and rudeness is not acceptable to anyone, only the Slavs can afford to behave like that! I myself personally observed drunken wallowing on the floors of bars, screams and obscenities throughout the hall and a squeamish attitude towards the staff !! ! Guys, remember, they are not your servants and slaves, they just make our vacation more comfortable. Only our compatriots - the so-called "Slav brothers" - are disgracing us - on the last day of my vacation I watched a picture - at the bar where the bowling alley, two girls, or rather bl. it is disgusting to look not only to the Turks, but also to the Russians... And there was also a feeling that the hotel, after the departure of the Turks, was filled with some drunks and cattle !! ! Moreover, only the Slavs behaved like this, foreigners were more restrained... SHAME!!! ! Now I understand why there is such an attitude and behavior towards Russian people everywhere, we don’t know how to behave ourselves...
In general, the impression of the hotel is the most positive, it is really cool and almost fully corresponds to 5 stars!!!! !
