The location of the hotel to the sea - across the road, a large, sandy beach, where everything is paid, except for the sea and sand. The kitchen is normal (like all olenklyuziv). The staff is lethargic - at the reception. The waiters are polite, smiling - even though they plow, mom don't worry. . But! The cleanliness of the rooms is something. I'm not obsessed with cleanliness - but the floor has never been washed - sand and dust, hair - all this was already waiting for us as soon as we settled into the room, having waited three hours before that. No matter how much I asked at the reception to be cleaned - zero. They also asked for toilet paper in the room - it finished me off. And for the whole week - the floor was dirty, both in the bathroom and in the room! Towels are changed when you put them on the floor. Were all day at sea, and the excursions are different, but I didn’t want to return to the room. The air conditioner barely worked, and we rested in July! ))) The room cooled only in the morning) Huuuuh! ))) Wi-fi in the lobby is weak, in the rooms you have to pay, like the safe. Maybe someone will say - spoiled, but I will say one thing - cleanliness should be above all, no matter 3 stars or 5! I do not advise. After reading the book of complaints and suggestions in the hotel - I was right)
