We returned from Sipahi a couple of days ago, and I can’t resist - I’ll write a few words. The hotel is modest, very small rooms, literally like a vestibule on a train (standard room), but even those that were offered for a surcharge were not struck, let's say. But given the fact that Alanya is an incredibly beautiful city, we only got to the hotel to sleep the night, then everything is very tolerable. Struck another! Namely, the rudeness of the hotel staff. And this applies only to the hotel. In the restaurant, everything is exactly the opposite. It seems that they are run by two completely different people. The hotel staff PERFECTLY understands Russian, but confidently pretends not to! And the fact that this is a comedy, I'm 100% sure. The cleaners are wild, just came down from the mountains. It is impossible to ask anything - one answer is "reception, problems, ok. " On the third day, you begin to doubt your own adequacy, and not theirs)) There is one Russian-speaking administrator type (by the way, there is no gastronomy in the hotel), and she is not there all the time. All questions are solved exclusively by the receptionist, who, like, does not know the language. It infuriated me hard of course right away, but then I got used to it)) You can’t beg for towels during the day with fire, then we realized that they simply aren’t enough in the hot season. Cleaning is something. Proelozila one rag floor, toilet bowl, dust, ashtray and period. Didn't even rinse it once. And I repeat - they will not replace even a towel without the management of the reception. Eyes bulging and all. And one more idiocy (as for me) is one key per room! The three of us rested, we didn’t even ask for two. I suspect it has something to do with energy savings. Left the room - no shit does not work, no air conditioning, no fridge. And go, dear tourists, organized by the crowd to the watering hole, one by one or separately - and figs to you. One card! This I have not seen in any country in a single hotel. But there are also pluses. More precisely, the plus is the food and the restaurant. I'll take the restaurant staff there too. If there's nothing to complain about, then there's nothing to complain about! Everything is cooked very tasty, quite varied, and most importantly - politely served! They will apologize three hundred times, smile, wish you bon appetit, bring, remove, etc. . The restaurant administrator himself is always in place until late at night, if necessary, he himself stands on drinks in the bar, everything is completely under his control. Special thanks to you, Sergil! And if I chose this hotel again, it would be only to see them all again! In conclusion, I will say that we had a great rest, because we learned to perceive all this with humor, and no inconvenience could ruin our impressions!
