The hotel is a tragedy if you are not Russian. 99% of the hotel guests are Russian. We were the only ones in the company who were not from Russia. The behavior of the Russians is terrible. We get up at 6 am to get sunbeds by the pool, because if you come at 7 am there will be no more places, and anyway every day we take the sunbeds from 6 and when we come around 9 our towels are taken away and thrown somewhere in the pile and the Russians put theirs in our place and lie as peacefully as possible. We complained to the manager, no reaction. Then we did the same - we also threw their towels. When we did the same, they called us pigs. The level of politeness of the guests is below the line, and the hotel staff is completely unresponsive. One day I was waiting at the elevator with my child and a Russian woman came out of the elevator and she started shouting at my child!!! I asked in English what she wanted from my child, because I don't understand Russian, and she kept on talking. Later, the child said that she said why did he use the elevator if he could take the stairs. The situation was reported to the guide, who also took no action. There was also a fight between the Russians, there were police, other guests just arrived and saw that we didn't even get a room right away, they said we wouldn't stay here. The situation is terrible. The food is tragic. 1 type of meat dish, bugs are walking on the bread, there are no pancakes, fries, or pasta for the children. No animation or activities during the day. Only some kind of show in the evening. There is a bar on the beach, where they only serve Coke and water. The hotel does not correspond to 4 * at all. Maximum 1 * and that's with a minus. We paid €600 per week, it is not worth that kind of money in any way. The most it's worth is €200. Don't ruin your vacation and don't go here.
