We stayed at this hotel in July this year. And I would like to share my impressions.
I'll start with one negative point:
This is the job of hotel guides. Or rather, its complete absence. It all started with settlement. We were brought in at 11 am. The guide did not explain where and what. She told me to wait until 2pm. Where is the restaurant, where are the bars - look for yourself. We walked like this for an hour. Then they could not stand it and tactfully asked if it was possible to somehow speed up the process. Answer - How do I know? Go to reception and find out. As a result, as it turned out, our room was already ready a long time ago, it was just very difficult for the guide to come up and ask. Then Timati's concert at the Summer Garden club. They told the tales of the Vienna Woods - everything will be there for you and cocktails and fun and everything! As a result, they brought it 5 hours before the start of the performance. It didn't smell like cocktails. I asked this question to the girl who brought us. Answer - Chu, yes, we drank all of them a long time ago! : ))) Super! At the same time, people who came, it would seem, with animators, received cocktails and stood close to the stage. We, like idiots, grazed somewhere in the settlements. At the same time, the most ordinary bottle of vodka costs 200 dollars, cocktails starting from 15. At least people could be warned about this. Because no one really counted on that kind of money, especially considering the fact that something completely different was promised.

And in general, except for drinking tea and coffee, eating all sorts of buns and picking up food in a restaurant, we did not see any other work with them. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a picky person. But girl guides should understand that they did not come to the resort, but to work, and when people turn to them for help, they should not hear something like - oh, I don’t know. Or - Are you already flying away today? Yes, you, like no one else, should know who is flying away today, and call everyone, remind you of the bus arrival time and other nuances. In general, I sincerely hope that the management of Turtesses periodically read the reviews, and explain to the guides of Pegasos that they are not there to eat the belly of the nasharu, but to work!
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. The beach is just beyond words. He is truly amazing! We can’t say anything about the work of the animators, because we are not fans of this. Only 30% of the Slavs in the hotel, the rest are Germans, Czechs, Slovaks, Poles, Dutch, etc. The hotel disco looks more like a continuation of the children's mini-disco. It should be for young people, and not for moms and dads dancing in an embrace with 5-year-old kids. Because of this, young people simply go crazy with longing. Therefore, if you are 20-25, and you want to break away on vacation, better go to another hotel. Pegasos is a hotel for a family, more relaxing holiday. A lot of children. The hotel is also perfect for honeymooners - a beautiful beach and territory, a bar overlooking the sea, in general, romance is through the roof.
The food is quite good, but I can’t say that there is such a variety as everyone here writes. The same as in all other hotels. I can only single out an assortment of fruits - apples, plums, white and red grapes, oranges, watermelons, melons.
I was also pleasantly pleased that no one went and did not get with baths, massages, leather and jewelry stores. The staff is calm and polite. The room was cleaned every day.
So I wish you all a great holiday!
