Pros:

- Tui representatives are great, everything is clear. At the reception - Russian-speaking people, you can come up, you can call from the room, everything will be decided, they will help.

- they immediately gave bracelets, placed them clearly at two o'clock.

- the room is good (we lived in the far building - family): it is divided into two parts by a sliding partition in one part there is an entrance, a bathroom, a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning, in the second - a small bed, from under which another one leaves, a table, a TV and access to the balcony. We lived in the basement, the balcony overlooked the lawn, the child was happy when they were periodically allowed to run into the room from the lawn.

- the room is cleaned clearly every day (if you do not hang a "do not disturb" sign), water is brought to the minibar, linen is changed once a week. When the child soiled his bed, I called the reception from the room, explained the situation, asked to change - they quickly came, brought everything, changed it, no questions asked.
- all personnel dealing with tourists prefer to speak in Russian. The room cleaners do not speak languages, but it is quite possible to explain with gestures: I showed that we prefer to sleep under two blankets and asked for another duvet cover (by default there is one duvet cover per bed and two blankets in the closet) - everything was done.

- a beautiful beach - long, wide, sandy, smooth sandy entry into the sea, gradual immersion. Biting fish 2-3 cm long swim in the surf - apparently just the ones that are offered to do peeling in the bath; )

- if you walk along the coast towards the cape (the path is not very convenient, but possible), so there are some ruins, a small sandy beach and large stones - a good place for photographing. True, there is some kind of construction equipment in the forest there, and maybe they will build something ...

Minuses:

- Poor air conditioning.
If you can leave one of the cards stuck in the room and leave the air conditioner running, and it will be just cold (in standart, they say, the air conditioner is on schedule), then in the restaurant, if you don’t sit under one of the two powerful air conditioners, and if not winds on the open veranda, then you just sweat yourself.

- all pools (and the sea) are warm! There is nowhere to cool off in the heat, only under the shower. More or less cool indoor pool - but it's boring there.

- the food is gross! During the 10 days of their stay, both the son and the husband managed to get poisoned - they lay in a layer throughout the day and gushed from all places. We chalked it up to hamburgers at the snack bar, but who knows. Pancakes, for example, four times were obviously sour, from the rack with mayonnaise salads it also smelled sour, chopped fresh vegetables did not always look good, watermelons were sometimes also thoughtful. That is, a person with a sensitive stomach has to choose food very meticulously.

- to drink during the day for a child - bottled water (in many places there are refrigerators - you can take as much as you want) or non-alcoholic cocktails at the bar. You can still pour tea and ask the bartender for ice in it - it turns out fine. Automatic machines with "juices" give out such terrible chemistry that even we, not picky, did not want to drink, and for half the time of our stay they did not work.

- the water park is located at the opposite end of the territory, in the heat it takes 10 minutes to go there, but it is tiring.

- sun loungers should be taken in the morning, and it is better before breakfast, because everyone wants to be in the shade and the best places are taken immediately. You can find a place during the day, but it will be in the sun.

Just the facts:

- a bar in the room - a small, weakly working refrigerator, in which water is added every day.

- safe in the room for a fee

- towels are urged to be changed as needed
- there is internet in the lobby, for 15 euros you can buy wifi for 1 device, for another 15 - for two more (maybe more) - then it is caught anywhere and in the room and throughout the three hotels.

- if you leave the hotel and cross the road - there are a number of benches. So, in particular, we bought beach slippers for a child, so there they are 2-3 times cheaper than in a hotel and the choice is much larger. And so there are clothes, and shoes, and bags, and toys, and food, and utensils, and jewelry, and watches ...

- Children are given ice cream twice a day for half an hour. It all depends on the distributor: someone opens the box and take as much as you want, someone vigilantly distributes only one at a time and only to children.

- Slides are open from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm.

- there is a kids club from 10 to 12 and from 14-30 to 17. There is one air-conditioned room there, and it's generally hot. At 4 o'clock they drag children to the amphitheater for a theatrical performance with pirates - it is very sunny and hot there. Who is sensitive to temperature, like our child, for example - not very comfortable.
- at 20-00 children's dance program in the amphitheater, at 21-00 adult show.

- bars until 12 midnight

- swimming pools until 20-00, then they begin to chlorinate

- you can swim in the sea at least all night, since in August the sea is warm

In general, not bad. Justifies his money.

Due to problems with food, lack of cold pools and weak air conditioning, I will refrain from recommending this hotel to others. But here it all depends on priorities - if you like warm water (I have such acquaintances) - this is a good option.
